| This study takes the professional identity of the national traditional sports majors as the starting point,discusses the degree of professional identity and the influencing factors,and understands the process of self exploration in the professional learning,and realizes the common development of themselves and majors.The formation of professional identity is also the process of students’ self-exploration.This study focuses on the research on professional identity and self exploration of national traditional sports graduate students,emphasizes the active exploration of professional learning by the graduate students of civil communication,and the positive construction of professional recognition and professional value,and emphasizes the postgraduate to carry out professional experience and problems encountered in learning In depth analysis and reflection.The research method adopted by this research institute is mixed research method,which is to combine quantitative research with qualitative research.After the questionnaire survey,the paper studies the status quo and influencing factors of professional identity of graduate students of Minchuan major.Through open interview,starting from a case study,this paper explores the learning attitude,professional behavior and how to explore and improve self.The research results of this study are as follows:(1)the professional identity of the national traditional sports majors is higher,among which the behavioral professional identity scores are the highest and the fitness professional identity is relatively low;(2)the professional identity of the national traditional sports majors shows significant differences in the professional performance ranking,working experience and professional type;(3)the National Traditional Sports Major The characteristics of professional identity of postgraduates are higher behavioral professional identity.Through a certain time of technical learning and experience,they will generate positive feelings for the specialty and the tendency to understand and recognize the major;(4)students with low professional identity will have different learning stagnation in professional learning;(5)students with high professional identity will generate positive self exploration,To understand and understand your own specialty from multiple perspectives. |
