| The construction of a public sports information service supply system is an important task of public sports services.With the advent of the big data era,continuously generated data and constantly updated technical means have brought new opportunities for the development of the public sports information service supply system,and there are also certain Dilemma.Exploring the optimization of our country’s public sports information service supply system under the background of big data has certain theoretical and practical significance.This study uses the literature method,interview method,and case study method,takes our country’s public sports information service supply system as the research object,analyzes the development status of our country’s public sports information service supply system,and explores the status of our country’s public sports information service supply system under the background of big data.Opportunities and dilemmas faced;use big data as a key element to optimize the design of the public sports information service supply system,and conduct empirical research on the public sports information service supply system in Zhejiang Province to verify the application of big data to the optimization of the public sports information service supply system Necessity and feasibility of construction.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Public sports information service is an important component of public sports service,which runs through the whole process of public sports service.Its function and value manifestation are mainly to tap the value of public sports information.(2)At present,the main body of public sports information service supply in our country is mainly provided by the sports administrative department,the supply content is mainly based on public sports information inquiry services,and the supply channel is mainly based on portal websites.(3)Big data brings opportunities for the construction of the public sports information service supply system from the two dimensions of thinking and technology,which are mainly reflected in the transformation of administrative management concepts,the reconstruction of administrative organization structure,the optimization of data processing procedures,and the guarantee of data security Wait.However,the application of big data in the public sports information service supply system is still in its infancy,and there are certain difficulties in its development,including a single supply body,technical application difficulties,data value development to be strengthened,and service ports to be integrated.(4)Under the influence of big data thinking and technology,our country’s sports administrative departments are required to establish big data thinking,reconstruct the organizational structure of sports administrative departments,actively guide social forces and citizen participation,strengthen data value development,attach importance to citizen data,and integrate services Supply channels.At the same time,the sports administrative department should also strengthen policies and legislation,technical support,evaluation and supervision,etc.to ensure the stable operation of the system.Through an empirical analysis of the construction of the public sports information service supply system in Zhejiang Province,this study puts forward the following suggestions for the optimization of our country’s public sports information service supply system under the background of big data:(1)Clarify the dominant position of the sports administrative department in the supply body,strengthen the coordination and cooperation with relevant functional departments,market organizations,social organizations,and citizens,and reasonably divide the responsibilities of each body.(2)Actively use big data technology to build a complete service operation support system,extensively collect and integrate data information to build a database,and improve data screening,analysis and other processing procedures.(3)Pay attention to the value of data information,use social citizen information as the basis for decision-making,reasonably distinguish social citizen needs,enrich service content,and meet the public sports information service needs of various groups of people.(4)Build a public sports information service platform and connect it to the public information service platform.The two form an integrated service linkage mechanism. |
