Study On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Preventing Poverty In W Town Of Tangshan City

By the end of 2020,after eight years of efforts,the national poverty alleviation campaign has been won,and China has decided on a five-year transition period to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.During the transition period,preventing the return to poverty is the top priority of current work.This paper takes the anti-poverty problem of W Town,Tangshan City as the research object,analyzes the current anti-poverty measures,effects,existing problems and causes of W Town,Tangshan City,and puts forward anti-poverty countermeasures,in order to solve the potential risk of anti-poverty in the process of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and firmly defend the bottom line of not happening on the scale of poverty.By comprehensive use of field investigation,interview,case study and other research methods,this paper makes an in-depth study of the anti-poverty measures in W Town of Tangshan City from four aspects: policy assistance,dynamic management of classification and classification,anti-poverty monitoring and early warning,and multiple participation.From the aspects of steady improvement of "two no worries and three guarantees",continuous optimization of anti-poverty monitoring and early warning mechanism and continuous improvement of management mechanism,this paper expounds the effect of anti-poverty in W Town of Tangshan City.In the process of research,mainly from four aspects of policy implementation,poverty alleviation participation,help measures and help the main responsibility of the implementation of the problems in the process of preventing poverty in Tangshan W town.Then,the paper analyzes the reasons for preventing poverty in W Town of Tangshan from five aspects: imperfect social security system,imperfect employment security system,relatively weak industrial development,insufficient endogenous driving force of the population out of poverty and imperfect assessment mechanism.Based on the problems and reasons existing in the process of preventing poverty in W Town of Tangshan City,the countermeasures to prevent poverty in W Town of Tangshan City are mainly expounded from five aspects,including perfecting the social security system,perfecting the employment security system,revitalizing the local industry to achieve sustainable assistance,stimulating the endogenous motivation of poverty-alleviation households and improving the evaluation mechanism of poverty prevention,so as to ensure the long-term effect of preventing poverty in W Town of Tangshan City.
