Research And Application Of Early Warning Management Of Smart Court Case Filing And Trial Based On False Case Identificatio

The false cases with strong concealment is difficult to detect through traditional means.In recent years,those false cases have become frequent and repeatedly prohibited,resulting in a significant waste of trial resources due to the large number of cases entering the trial process.There is currently no theoretical research on the screening and warning of false cases,and in practice,the handling judge still judges false cases based on experience and professional knowledge.This study will be based on the background of smart court construction,using management theory and information technology to construct a false case screening and warning management system,achieving false case screening and warning from the filing and trial management stages,preventing or reducing false cases from entering the trial process,and providing reference and inspiration for effectively improving the intelligent management level of courts.Firstly,analyze the pain points,issues,and needs of early warning management for filing and trial of false cases,and propose a solution to establish a filing and trial early warning management system to assist judges in identifying false cases;Secondly,based on the TFIDF method and the Delphi method method,the key factors affecting the judgment of false cases were determined from five aspects: case information management,court trial process management,evidence management,litigation participants management,and case closure management.Finally,18 factors were selected as the indicator system for analysis,and the weights of the influencing factors were obtained.Management measures were proposed for the influential factors,Establish a false case filing and trial screening warning model based on examples of false cases,laying a theoretical foundation for the construction of information systems in the next step;Finally,select the My SQL database,use the Kettle collection tool and Java technology to design a screening and warning management system,optimize it by running the PDCA cycle theory,and then launch it for trial use in a certain city.Analyze the application effect and propose further optimization measures.The research results indicate that the screening and early warning management system can effectively reduce the entry of unlicensed false cases into the trial process,timely warn and remind of false cases in the trial,effectively alleviate the contradiction between more cases and fewer people in the court,reduce the cost of court case management,and have a positive effect on further expanding the application scenarios and scope of big data justice,and promoting the construction of smart courts to improve quality and efficiency.
