Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance In G Town, Jiangxi Province

It is necessary to improve the living environment in rural areas under the overall background of promoting rural revitalization.To promote ecological revitalization in rural areas,we should adhere to the concept that lucidrivers and lush mountains are valuable assets.We should continue to improve the rural living environment,build a beautiful new countryside suitable for living and working,and retain the rural charm of singing birds and smelling flowers for the people.The governance of rural living environment includes natural environment management,governance of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and coordinated regional development.It involves many specific fields such as infrastructure,village greening and pollution control,and is closely related to the production and life of agricultural population.To promote rural environmental governance is to meet rural people’s yearning for a better life in the new era.This thesis first explains the relevant concepts and establishes the theoretical basis,including the rural revitalization strategy,human settlement environment,rural human settlement environment pollution control concepts,and expounds the sustainable development,multi-center governance theory,public governance theory;Then,the status quo and effectiveness of human settlement environment governance in G Town were analyzed.G Town belongs to Jiangxi Province.In terms of rural human settlement environment governance,measures such as improving village appearance,introducing third party sanitation to promote rural household garbage treatment,comprehensively carrying out rural dry latrine transformation,and long-term mechanism of rural human settlement environment governance were taken,and certain results were achieved.Then,it analyzes the causes of the main problems in G Town’s rural human settlement environment governance.Through the questionnaire analysis and survey data combined with field visits,it is concluded that the main problems in G Town are backward rural life and production mode,lack of villagers’ awareness of environmental protection,imperfect rural human settlement environment governance policies,and inadequate rural infrastructure construction.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the treatment of rural human settlements in G Town,including guiding the transformation of rural economic development mode,applying scientific and technological means,reducing environmental pollution,and promoting farmers’ environmental awareness through various forms and angles of publicity.Improve the system for improving rural human settlements,ensure long-term governance,consolidate the mechanism for public participation,improve the work responsibility mechanism,and improve the supervision and assessment mechanism;We will increase investment in improving the living environment in rural areas,increase fiscal input,improve the efficiency of fiscal fund use,raise funds through various channels,and bring in social forces.
