| With the gradual improvement of China’s economic level,the importance of fire protection has become increasingly prominent.It has become an important part of the national economy and social development,an indispensable condition to safeguard the socialist market economy,and is directly related to the safety of people’s lives and property and the stable development of society.Since 2018,it has been nearly three years since the reform of the fire brigade was transformed into a fire rescue team,but quite a few policies have not been fully implemented,including the performance evaluation index system for the staff in the fire rescue team.However,the staff performance evaluation index system,as one of the important means for organizations to improve personal work efficiency and achieve organizational goals,is indispensable for the normal operation of organizations.In order to ensure the objectivity and fairness of organizational evaluation,it is necessary to realize the scientificity,practicality and operability of the performance evaluation index system,and then provide guidance for the future work of the organization based on the scientific and accurate personnel performance evaluation results.Therefore,how to build a scientific performance evaluation index system,and use this evaluation index system to make accurate performance evaluation of fire workers is the problem that this paper tries to solve.The research content and main achievements of this paper include six parts.First,by combing the research background,research content,existing research literature and other contents,the basic idea and framework of this study are clarified,and the research methods are selected;Secondly,the concepts of fire safety,responsibilities and tasks of fire rescue teams,performance evaluation of fire rescue team members,etc.required for the study are clarified,and the relevant theories and methods and principles required for the study are sorted out;Third,on the basis of reviewing the current situation of performance evaluation of fire rescue detachment personnel in China,through interviews,surveys,questionnaires and other ways to understand the current situation of performance evaluation of fire rescue detachment personnel in Baiyin City;Fourthly,on the basis of interview and questionnaire,referring to the relevant policy documents of fire rescue,understand the existing problems and analyze the causes of the problems,build the performance evaluation index system of Baiyin Fire Rescue Detachment,and use the analytic hierarchy process to assign the weight of each index;Fifthly,according to the current situation of staff performance evaluation of Baiyin Fire Rescue Detachment and the design of performance evaluation index system,put forward countermeasures and suggestions;Finally,summarize the research conclusions,research deficiencies,and put forward future prospects. |
