Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Village-enterprise Cooperation In Village Of T City

In recent years,the work of Agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has been the top priority of the government’s work.With the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas continues to widen.In 2017,the CPC Central Committee put forward the rural revitalization strategy in its report to the 19th party congress,at the same time,we encourage and guide industrial and commercial capital to participate in rural revitalization.In the process of implementing rural revitalization strategy,we need not only the guidance of the government,but also the support of enterprises and other social sectors.In February 2022,the first document of the Central Committee proposed that we should widely mobilize social forces to participate in rural revitalization,and push forward the action of "Ten Thousand Enterprises to build ten thousand villages." This shows the importance of enterprises stationed in villages to rural development,rural-enterprise cooperation has become an effective way to realize rural revitalization in the new era,and the study of rural-enterprise cooperation has become a subject that needs to be focused on under the current rural revitalization background.This research takes two village-enterprise cooperation cases in village G of T City as the object of study,one of which is an industrial enterprise,the other is an agricultural enterprise,by means of literature analysis,on-the-spot investigation and interview,this paper investigates the process from landing to development of G village and 2 enterprises,on the basis of reading and thinking about the theories of embedded governance,cooperative governance and rural revitalization,we have formed a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the current situation of village-enterprise cooperation in G village,G village and the two enterprises because of the main responsibility is not clear,the mechanism is not fully established,the focus of cooperation is not accurate,differentiated treatment of industrial and agricultural enterprises and so on,it leads to continuous friction between the two parties,loose cooperation,no communication and dialogue platform,industry-driven results are not obvious,and so on,the conclusion of G village-enterprise cooperation is that it is necessary to make clear the orientation of the main body,to perfect the cooperation mechanism,to grasp the key elements,to strengthen the allocation of resources and to optimize the cooperation environment.
