disputes.The design of performance assessment indicators and assessment weights of civilian police at grass roots police stations will affect the working attitude and ability of civilian police at grass roots police stations,which will help regulate the behavior of civilian police at grass roots police stations,improve the quality of civilian police at grass roots police stations,and establish a more harmonious relationship between the police and the people.In recent years,D Public Security Bureau has constantly adjusted the framework and content of performance appraisal based on the practical requirements of Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department for the management of the police in grass-roots police stations.With reference to the assessment method of enterprise key indicator method,it has assessed the police in grass-roots police stations from multiple perspectives,taking the information records in the police general as the basic information of performance appraisal.The fairness of performance appraisal is higher than in the past,It has also been recognized by more grassroots police stations.After the outbreak of New Coronary Pneumonia,in addition to meeting the most basic requirements for policing and mass service,the police at grassroots police stations also play an important role in the cause of epidemic prevention and control.The existing performance assessment indicators of the police at grassroots police stations are relatively fixed,the assessment subject is single,and the incentive of the application of the assessment results is insufficient,leading to the lower satisfaction of the police at grassroots police stations with the performance assessment,The performance appraisal system needs to be adjusted and optimized under the existing framework.The research process of this paper uses the literature method and questionnaire survey method.When studying the performance appraisal of employees of D Public Security Bureau,this paper queries the research literature of the performance appraisal of police officers in grass-roots police stations on CNKI,the Chinese science and technology journal database of Weipu Information,and Wanfang Digital Resource System,and combs and summarizes the research results of the academic community,It is found that the attention paid to the performance appraisal of the staff in the police system is constantly increasing.Academics have proposed the problems and optimization strategies of the performance appraisal of police officers in police stations from different angles,which provides theoretical support for this study.In order to comprehensively analyze the current performance appraisal problems of D public security bureau employees,this paper investigates the performance appraisal problems of D public security bureau employees by designing and issuing questionnaires.Based on the questionnaire survey results,D public security bureau does have problems such as single performance appraisal indicators and inadequate appraisal communication.It is scientific to sort out the problems and causes of performance appraisal based on the questionnaire survey method,The proposed optimization strategy can also better solve the problem of performance appraisal.The research results of this paper can make the police performance appraisal system of basic level police stations of D Public Security Bureau more scientific.At present,the performance appraisal of the police in the grass-roots police station of D Public Security Bureau is formulated and implemented based on the management regulations of Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department.The indicators are designed and assessed around the police work,which is scientific,but has obvious drawbacks.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper studies the performance appraisal of the police in the grass-roots police station of D Public Security Bureau,combs the causes of the current performance appraisal problems,and proposes an optimization plan for the performance appraisal of the police in the grass-roots police station of D Public Security Bureau.Under the existing performance appraisal framework,the performance appraisal indicators are more enriched,the appraisal weight is more refined,and the horizontal Vertical communication can better understand the needs and problems of performance appraisal,and the incentive effect of performance appraisal can be fully reflected.The research results of this paper can make the police performance appraisal system of the basic level police stations of D Public Security Bureau more scientific,the fairness of the appraisal can be fully reflected,and the application advantages of the balanced scorecard can be highlighted,which will help the scientific development of the police performance appraisal system of the basic level police stations of D Public Security Bureau. |
