Study On The Influencing Factors Of Public Trust Of Local Government Under The Background Of New Crown Pneumonia Based On The Survey Of Several Villages In N County

Good government credibility can ensure the sustainable and stable development of society,but also for the grass-roots governance work to lay a solid foundation.The credibility of local government is a comprehensive reflection of local government performing functions,engaging in administration and providing public services.In recent years,the credibility of local governments in China has improved under the strong leadership of the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core.But with the growing public awareness of democracy,the spread of new media platforms,the increase in public access to information about government behavior,and the acceleration of the spread of public opinion,especially after the 2019 outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia,the improper handling of epidemic prevention and control by relevant departments of individual local governments has exposed omissions in the work of local governments,which has affected the credibility of local governments and their relevant departments to a certain extent.Therefore,to sum up and analyze these problems and find out the factors that affect the credibility of local governments during the epidemic period of NCP is not only beneficial to enrich the evaluation theory of the credibility of local governments,and in the promotion government public trust aspect has certain instruction significance.Based on the investigation data of several villages in N County,a systematic study on the epidemic situation of new coronavirus pneumonia in 2019 was carried out in this paper:1.Based on the theory of image restoration and the theory of new public service,the research hypothesis is established.2.The results show that:(1)the average score of public trust of local government is 4.14(the full score is 5)under the background of new crown epidemic;This shows that the public recognition and trust in the government is relatively high.(2)the population variables such as gender,age,political appearance and education level have different effects on the level of government fairness and justice,the effect of government governance and the quality of government service.(3)there is a significant positive correlation between the level of fairness and justice,the quality of government service,the effect of government governance and the credibility of local government,the evaluation of these variables can be used to predict the credibility of local government.(4)during the epidemic period of NCP,the quality of government service has the greatest impact on the credibility of local government.3.According to the research conclusion,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
