The Historical Investigation Of Chinese Communist Party System Construction And Its Experience Enlightenment

Since its founding,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has always attached importance to the building of Party institutions as a necessary requirement for comprehensively promoting strict Party governance,as an important means to solve problems in Party building,as a fundamental issue concerning the future and destiny of the Party and the country,as a key issue concerning the modernization of national governance.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has continued to promote the development of the party’s institutional construction on the basis of summarizing past historical experience,putting forward a series of new theories and practices and opening up the innovative development of the Party’s institutional construction in the new era.Centering on the central word “The construction of the Communist Party of China’s system”,this paper studies the basic problems related to it from the perspective of historical investigation,and tries to draw the wisdom and power of the party’s system construction and development innovation from its historical development context,so as to make it move further into the future.First,with the development of The Times and the deepening of understanding,the connotation of the party’s institutional construction gradually solidified,the party’s institutional construction theory gradually formed.Intraparty laws and regulations run through all aspects of Party building.The institutional construction of the Communist Party of China has profound theoretical sources,inheriting and developing the Marxist treatise on the institutional construction of the proletarian party.Second,the party’s system construction through the development of multiple times,the new democratic revolution period established the basic framework of the party’s system construction,to the socialist revolution and construction period to deepen the theory of the party’s system construction,to open the party’s system construction after the reform and open policy the scientific comprehensive exploration period,showing a party’s system construction continued to explore the path.Third,the development and innovation of the party’s institutional construction in the new era should be studied from three aspects: new ideas,comprehensive advancement and main features.In the new era,a new situation has been opened in party system building,which has shifted from building the Party by system to governing the Party by system,which has become the fundamental policy for comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,ushering in a new era of Party system building with intra-Party laws and regulations as the core.Fourth,the CPC has made progress by constantly summarizing and learning from historical experience.It provides the main basis for the long march of the party’s system construction under the background of the new era to learn the wisdom crystallization and major historical achievements of the party’s system construction from historical experience.Reviewing and summarizing the system construction of the communist party of China’s development and the precious experience,to set up the correct view of history of the party and the great history,look with macro view analysis and evolution mechanism of the party’s system construction,realize the party’s system construction,the development trend of this will help deepen the understanding of the party’s system construction regularity,is helpful to learn from experience the wisdom of the reform and innovation,So as to achieve sustainable,long-term and scientific protection of the party’s system construction.
