| As a kind of tourism product that promotes revolutionary culture and revolutionary spirit,red tourism has always been valued by the state.A series of targeted policies and measures issued by the state have made the red tourist attractions flourish.However,in the new era of rural revitalization,in order to make good use of red resources and inherit red genes,it is necessary to develop red scenic spots more comprehensively and deeply,so that digital can empower red resources.Let red tourism not only promote patriotism education,protect and utilize revolutionary historical and cultural heritage,but also play an important role in driving the economic construction of old revolutionary areas and helping rural revitalization.First of all,in order to study the impact of the digitization of red scenic spots on tourist satisfaction.This paper chooses the red tourist attractions in Huanggang City as the research object,and constructs the evaluation index system of tourists ’ satisfaction with the digitization of red tourist attractions by summarizing the relevant literature on red tourist attractions and tourists ’ satisfaction.Secondly,according to the evaluation index system,a questionnaire about tourist satisfaction and importance is designed.This questionnaire includes 6 dimensions and 24 influencing factors,such as digital infrastructure,digital service,digital marketing,digital management,digital products and experience of red scenic spots.Finally,the questionnaires were collected and analyzed by IPA analysis and SPSS software to study the digital tourist satisfaction of red tourist attractions in Huanggang City.By comparing the above questionnaire data,it can be seen that there is a big difference between the importance and satisfaction of tourists.Tourists have a high evaluation of the importance of each index of the digitization of red scenic spots,but the satisfaction evaluation of each index is low,and the actual perception is far lower than the expectations of tourists.Tourists have a huge psychological gap in the digital satisfaction of scenic spots,indicating that red tourist attractions still need to optimize related projects.According to the index placement of IPA quadrant map,it is found that the outstanding problems in the digital development of Huanggang scenic spot are personalized service,intelligent shopping guide,digital image,richness of digital products,red education effect of scenic spot and interactivity of scenic spot.In addition,there are also problems in led electronic display boards,intelligent voice guides,traffic monitoring and management,data tracking,first-to-pay mode,and immersive experience products.In order to improve the satisfaction of tourists,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for these existing problems. |
