As employees in the new era gradually become the mainstream force of enterprises,the differences in thinking patterns and values between generations bring new thinking and challenges to managers of enterprises.The continuous changes in the Chinese market environment have gradually increased the pressure on contemporary employees,and job burnout has gradually become one of the urgent problems to be solved by the current enterprise employee system.Based on this background,this study took 603new-generation employees as the research object,and adopted four methods: "Psychological Empowerment Scale","Job Burnout Scale","Workplace Loneliness Scale" and "Individual-Organization Fit Scale".Measurement tools,and research questionnaires were distributed to the subjects to investigate the current status and mechanism of psychological empowerment,job burnout,workplace loneliness and individual-organization fit of the new generation of employees.It turns out that:(1)The psychological empowerment of the new generation employees varies significantly in terms of age,nature of work unit,working years and job category.The job burnout of the new generation employees is significantly different in demographic variables such as gender,age,nature of work unit,working years and job category.The workplace loneliness of the new generation employees has significant differences in demographic variables such as work unit nature,working years and job categories.The overall level of individual-organization matching of the new generation employees is relatively high,and there are significant differences in age,work unit nature,working years and job categories.(2)The psychological empowerment of the new generation employees can significantly negatively predict job burnout,that is,the higher the psychological empowerment level,the lower the job burnout level.(3)The psychological empowerment of the new generation employees can significantly negatively predict workplace loneliness,that is,the higher the level of psychological empowerment,the lower the level of workplace loneliness;(4)Workplace loneliness of new-generation employees can significantly and positively predict job burnout,that is,the higher the workplace loneliness level,the higher the job burnout level;(5)Workplace loneliness plays a mediating role in the effect of psychological empowerment on job burnout of new generation employees,that is,psychological empowerment can predict the job burnout degree of newcomers in the workplace through workplace loneliness;(6)Individual-organization fit plays a positive moderating role in the impact of psychological empowerment of new generation employees on workplace loneliness;(7)The mediation of individual-organization matching in the mediating effect is not significant,and the mediation model with moderation does not established.
