| The Jinxiu Yao customary law has survived for hundreds of years,and how the Yao people set up and implemented the Stone Code has been a constant migration of the Yao people from north to south since ancient times.The Jinxiu Yao people of Guangxi are one branch of the Yao people who have continued to migrate.The Jinxiu Yao people entered the Great Yao Mountains during the Ming Dynasty.Yao customary law is an element of Yao society and is at the same time relevant to each and every one of the Yao people,and is also of concern to the state.Yao customary law,in order to regulate and co-ordinate social relations within the people and maintain social stability,is a set of unspoken codes of conduct that have arisen naturally among the Yao people over a long period of historical development,and are binding and enforceable and are consciously observed by the majority of the Yao people.As an important social norm,Yao customary law has had a profound impact on the history of Yao society,playing a social normative role in Yao production and life,having a social control function and being a rich embodiment of Yao ethics.The ethics of customary law can be studied ethically not only to re-examine the historical evolution of Yao customary law,but also to sort out the inner laws of Jinxiu Yao customary law.Seriously studying and extensively promoting the new age significance of ethical culture in Yao customary law has positive theoretical value and practical significance in promoting the current ethical culture and social construction of the Yao people. |
