| It is an important responsibility and mission of international Chinese education in the new era to "tell Chinese stories well,spread Chinese voice well,and show the world a real and three-dimensional China".International Chinese culture teaching materials are important tools for spreading Chinese culture and shaping Chinese national image.We need to think deeply about how to "tell Chinese stories well" in cultural teaching materials.This paper takes the connotation and extension of "Telling Chinese Stories well" as the theoretical basis,takes the Framework of Reference for Chinese Culture and Society in International Chinese Language Education as the classification standard,calculates and analyzes the arrangement of cultural items in four cultural textbooks,and analyzes the gains and losses of cultural textbooks in "telling Chinese stories well".The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the research background and significance,research purpose,object and method of this paper.Secondly,this paper takes "telling Chinese stories well" as the theoretical starting point,discusses the connotation and extension of "telling Chinese stories well",and formulates the standard table of cultural items classification on the basis of the Framework of Reference.Thirdly,based on the perspective of "Telling Chinese Stories well" and the classification standard table of cultural items,this paper compares the similarities and differences between the two kinds of cultural textbooks in compiling ideas,compiling styles and text contents,and focuses on the statistics and analysis of the number and categories of cultural items in the two kinds of textbooks.The results show that neither of the two kinds of textbooks can basically cover the cultural items listed in the Framework of Reference.Overview textbooks focus on the interpretation of traditional culture and contemporary China,while cultural textbooks focus on traditional culture.Finally,this paper discusses the characteristics and existing problems of cultural teaching materials,and puts forward some suggestions for editing cultural teaching materials.The compilation of cultural teaching materials presents the following characteristics: multi-form presentation of cultural items;the selection of cultural projects has its own choice;textbooks reflect the characteristics of the times and progress.It is found that the following problems exist in cultural textbooks.The description of the objects used is not detailed enough.The selection of cultural projects lacks coordination.Cultural content lacks timeliness.The lack of modern excellent culture and the lack of communicative content.The textbook language is too literary.According to the results of comparative analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions for editing cultural teaching materials.Improve the compatibility of cultural items in teaching materials and the Framework of Reference.Add excellent modern culture and tell contemporary Chinese stories well.Pay attention to timeliness,develop online and offline cultural teaching materials.In addition,the author puts forward the idea of compiling a self-edited cultural reader based on the idea of "telling Chinese stories well",in order to provide some inspiration and help for the compilation of international Chinese cultural textbooks in the future. |
