A Study On Quality Effect And Expression Of Kazakh-Chinese Translation Of Political Hot Words In Recent Three Years

Political hot words refer to high-frequency words that reflect the widespread concern at home and abroad and have certain influence on many social issues in politics,economy,culture,society and diplomacy during a certain period of time.Over the past three years,world politics and economy have undergone tremendous changes due to COVID-19,but China’s position and role on the world political stage have become more stable and stronger,with more and more hot words related to it.A study on the quality effect and expression of Kazakh-Chinese translation of popular political words is a global consideration from micro to macro.Through the study of quality effect and expression to improve the effective expression of the current political hot words translation,and further realize the practice of public sharing of Chinese culture.Therefore,based on skopos theory and from the perspective of quality effect and expression,this paper analyzes and studies the frequently used political hot words in the past three years through the methods of literature,text,illustration and induction,and explains the gains and losses of KazakhChinese translation of political hot words in order to gain research enlightenment.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion,and there are six chapters in the text.The introduction part introduces the purpose,significance,methods,research ideas,literature review and innovation of this paper.The first chapter introduces the definition of political buzzwords and their four categories: political,economic,cultural and others.It expounds its characteristics of times,political nature,and so on.This paper introduces the perspective and research of translation of current political hot words from Chinese to Kazakh.The second chapter,under the guidance of skopos theory,analyzes and states the translation strategies and principles of current political hot words in Chinese to Kazakh translation,and learns the translation principles of current political hot words in Chinese to Kazakh translation: objective principle--sharing,communication and recording;Coherence principle--nature,human touch,value;The principle of loyalty--adaptability,agreeableness,loyalty.The third chapter is an example analysis of the translation of the current political hot words from Chinese to Kazakh.The translation of the current political hot words from Chinese to Kazakh is characterized by flexible methods,diversified techniques,and unconstrained expression.The fourth chapter takes the objective problems existing in the translation of current political hot words into Chinese to Kazakh as the starting point of the study.The Chinese to Kazakh translation of the current political hot words is basically faithful to the source text,but there are some errors.With attitude,warmth;For cultural differences,translation can convey the cultural connotation of the source language,so that the target readers and the original readers share the Chinese culture and spirit.The choice of words in translation is convenient for communication and expression and records the development of The Times.The fifth chapter is the expression path of the current political hot words in Chinese to Kazakh translation and the description of the "expression" of the translation.The expression of current political hot words in Chinese to Kazakh translation: first,to clarify the purpose,background and connotation;second,to pay attention to the special translation readers;third,to express reasonably.At the same time,the "expression" of translation is characterized by "keeping timeliness,insisting on cultural integration and sharing",and "expressing with attitude,warmth,no distance and easy to understand".The sixth chapter is the enlightenment of the Chinese to Kazakh translation of the current political hot words.Translators attach importance to carrying media;To break the "translation theory first" and build a "sense of community of translators,readers and translators";Change the translator "insurance" psychology,improve the creative translation willingness;Establish information communication platform;To establish translation management mechanism and system,promote the practice of sharing Chinese culture.The conclusion is a summary of the above work.
