| Modern society can’t be separated from the network,and the society we live in is also connected by the network.Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,the network has brought people closer together.With the continuous development of the network and the spread of information technology,online games have entered people’s lives as a new way of entertainment.Even in recent years,some colleges and universities have set up e-sports related majors.With the continuous development of online games,college students,a social group with little social experience and relatively low judgment ability,are easily addicted to them,and even become addicted to online games.The addiction of teenagers to online games has a great negative impact on their physical and mental development.With more and more negative social problems arising from addiction,the topic of addiction to online games has attracted the attention of scholars from all walks of life.This study starts from the social phenomenon of teenagers’ addiction to online games,takes college students as the research object,and combines the research on online game addiction at home and abroad.It discusses online game addiction by using the methods of literature and questionnaire,and discusses the relationship among them by adding krypton and self-control.A survey was conducted on 538 college students.The average age of the subjects was 19.48,and the standard deviation was 1.26.The intervention experiment selected 20 participants and randomly entered the experimental group and control group for an eight-week mindfulness training intervention.The results are as follows:1.There are significant differences in demographic variables among online game krypton,self-control and online game addiction.2.There is a significant positive correlation between online game krypton and online game addiction,and online game krypton can positively predict online game addiction.3.Krypton in online games is negatively correlated with self-control,and Krypton in online games can negatively predict self-control.4.There is a significant negative correlation between self-control and online game addiction,and self-control can negatively predict online game addiction.5.Self-control plays an intermediary role in the relationship between online game krypton and online game addiction,that is,online game krypton can directly affect online game addiction,and it can also affect online game addiction through self-control.6.Mindfulness training interventions can effectively reduce participants’ addiction levels of online games. |
