Narrative Analysis Of Japanese Medical Drama

After years of development,Japanese medical drama has produced many high-quality works.These dramas not only have good ratings in Japan,but also are famous overseas.Among them,"white giant tower" has become the classic masterpiece of Japanese medical drama and the benchmark of its subsequent medical drama creation.This paper analyzes the text narration and image narration of Japanese medical drama,and explores the general law of narrative creation of Japanese medical drama.At the same time,it discusses the guiding significance of the creative law of Japanese medical drama to the creative practice of my graduation work Lonely people.In the first chapter,I focus on the relationship between Japanese medical system and Japanese medical drama,briefly summarize the production of Japanese medical system,sort out the development context of Japanese medical drama,and summarize the three narrative motifs of Japanese medical drama: hero motif,revenge motif and love motif.It is pointed out that the Japanese medical system provides the background for the creation of Japanese medical drama,and medical drama carries the task of health communication.In the second chapter,starting with the text narration of Japanese medical drama,this paper analyzes its narrative mode,characterization techniques and stylized narrative style.The third chapter analyzes the image narrative methods of Japanese medical dramas.With the help of the analysis of medical images,ritual scenes,CG images and lens language,it discusses the all-round presentation of medical gaze and the shaping of medical landscape in Japanese medical dramas,and leads to the imagination of future medical progress through the display of technology.The fourth chapter explains the narrative creation of the graduation work Lonely people in combination with the creative law of Japanese medical drama.Japanese medical drama presents the thinking of Japanese society about diseases and the examination of Japanese medical system and medical environment.With the help of the shell of mass media,medical drama has become an efficient way for ordinary people to improve their medical cognition.At the same time,the text narrative and image narrative creation law of Japanese medical drama can be used for reference to the creation of Chinese medical drama.
