Research On Rural Cultural Construction From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important measure to address the issues relating to "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era.As the nurture the root and soul of the nation project of Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural cultural construction is an important content and key link of all-round rural revitalization.Studying the rural cultural construction from the perspective of Ideological and political education and applying the relevant theories of Ideological and political education to the rural cultural construction has positive practical significance for promoting the rural cultural construction,improving the level of rural spiritual civilization construction and promoting the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the reality of rural cultural construction,this paper systematically analyzes and studies the concept,theoretical basis,development status and promotion path of rural cultural construction from the perspective of Ideological and political education.Firstly,starting from the theory,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of rural cultural construction.Secondly,based on the reality,taking Qionglai city,Sichuan province as an example,through field visits,questionnaires,interviews and other forms to carry out research,grasp the current situation of rural cultural construction in Qionglai city,and sort out the overall development of rural cultural construction in Qionglai city.Thirdly,from the perspective of Ideological and political education,based on the current situation of rural cultural construction in Qionglai City,this paper analyzes the main problems and causes of rural cultural construction in Qionglai city from four aspects: subject,object,mediator and environment.Finally,in the light of problems and reasons of rural cultural construction,this paper proposes the path of promoting rural cultural construction,from strengthening the the plural subjects force to form the joint force of construction;enhancing the quality of the object to enhance the awareness of participation;improving the mediator effect to meet the actual needs;ameliorating the conditions of environment to create a good atmosphere,strengthen the construction of rural culture and provide important spiritual power and ideological guarantee for promoting the all-round revitalization of rural areas.
