| This paper explores the rhythm of the Sichuan Opera Dan character in Zhang Zhiliang’s "The Beauty of Six Sichuan Operatic Female Roles" as the main content. The characterization and musical style of the Sichuan opera Dan character,as well as the role of modern performance techniques in the work, are discussed, and the performance techniques and effects are analyzed from the perspective of the performer. The work is in six movements, inspired by the Dan characters in Sichuan opera in China, and borrows six types of Dan characters from Sichuan opera, namely Hua Dan,Xian Hu Dan,Wu Dan,Qing Yi Dan,Lao Dan,and Po La Dan,corresponding to six passages,to create six different styles of piano music works, cleverly blending Chinese and Western musical and cultural elements. In order to reflect the role of the Dan character in Sichuan opera and to explore the "non-traditional" acoustics of the piano, the composer uses several modern performance techniques, including muting, scraping, plucking, overtones, and silent keys.Through the study and analysis of this work, the author hopes to explore and summarize the elements of Sichuan opera in Chinese piano works and provide more theoretical basis for the performance method of this work. |
