Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Immovable Revolutionary Cultural Relics In Linyi Cit

The revolutionary cultural relics bear the glorious history of the heroic struggle of the Communist Party of China and the people,record the great course and moving deeds of the Chinese revolution,are the precious wealth of the Communist Party of China and the country,and are the vivid teaching materials for carrying forward the revolutionary tradition and culture,strengthening the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,stimulating patriotic enthusiasm,and inspiring the national spirit.It is the common responsibility and mission of all sectors of society to protect and make good use of the revolutionary cultural relics.Linyi is the main city of Yimeng Revolutionary Base and the main birthplace of the Yimeng spirit.A lot of the Communist Party of China,government and military organizations are stationed here.The older generation of revolutionaries such as Liu Shaoqi,Luo Ronghuan,Xu Qianqian,Chen Yi,Su Yu also lived and fought here.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,Linyi people have waged a long and arduous struggle with the reactionary forces,made great sacrifices,and formed many precious revolutionary relics.At the same time as the revolutionary cultural relics,there is also the Yimeng spirit with the basic connotation of the unity of “the Communist Party of China and the masses have a common belief,what’s more the military and the people have profound friendship,furthermore they get along swimmingly with each other,and they live or die together”.It is an important mission of Linyi to protect and utilize the revolutionary cultural relics and inherit and carry forward the Yimeng spirit.Based on this,this paper surveys the current situation of the protection and utilization of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi,clarifies the principles of protection and utilization,and puts forward protection and utilization models and measures,providing a new idea for the development of revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is to introduce the research background,analyze the research significance from both theoretical and practical aspects,sort out and evaluate the current research status of relevant topics at home and abroad,select appropriate research methods,determine the research content,clarify the research focus,difficulties,and innovation points,and define the concept of immovable revolutionary cultural relics.The second part sorts out the historical background of the generation of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi City,organizes the quantity,type,distribution,and other information of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi City,and summarizes the characteristics of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi City and clarifies the value of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi City.The third part is to analyze the status quo of the protection and utilization of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi and summarize the achievements and typical problems.The fourth part is the protection and utilization countermeasures based on the actual situation of the immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi.First,the protection and utilization principles are determined according to the relevant policy documents,and then the protection and utilization models are proposed based on the successful experience at home and abroad and the actual situation of the immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi.Finally,the measures to promote the protection and utilization of the immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Linyi are proposed.
