A Study On The Issue Of Deserters From The Grain Farms Of The Shengjing Imperial Household Department During The Jiaqing Perio

As an indispensable part of the economy of the Qing Dynasty,the Grain Farm of Shengjing House of Internal Affairs is of great significance to the research of the economic history and the House of Internal Affairs of the Qing Dynasty.However,due to the oppression of the Zhuang,heavy labor,poor life and many other reasons,Shengjing Internal government grain Zhuang Ding fled,a large number of grain Zhuang escape shook the foundation of the Shengjing Internal Government grain Zhuang system,since the Jiaqing Dynasty,with the decline of the Qing Court,Shengjing Internal Government grain Zhuang system also went to the inevitable end.This paper discusses the problems related to the grain farm system of Shengjing Internal Government in the Jiaqing Dynasty.It is divided into four parts:The first chapter introduces the evolution and composition of Shengjing Internal Affairs Government grain Farm,the generation and development of Shengjing Internal Affairs Government grain farm,the composition of grain farm system,the source and type of Zhuangding do the source and current.The second chapter,based on the relevant historical materials of Jiaqing Dynasty in the Black Map File,studies the matters related to Zhuang Ding’s flight,including the types of Zhuang Ding’s escape,the reasons and analysis of Zhuang Ding’s escape,the ways Zhuang Ding took to escape,and the means to make a living after escaping,and a series of aspects related to Zhuang Ding’s escape process.On the basis of sorting out Zhuang Ding’s escape,The characteristics of grain Zhuangzhuangding escape are summarized and analyzed.The third chapter focuses on the punishment of fugitives by the Internal Government based on the documents of the Criminal Department of Jiaqing Dynasty(Black Map File)and the Regulations of Supervision and Arrest.Due to the wide range of the problem of fugitives and the large number of people,and Shengjing Domestic office shortage of serious,so Shengjing Domestic Office grain Zhuang Ding escape time as the benchmark,set up a complex punishment system.Based on the perspective of the first three chapters,the fourth chapter overlooks the role of Shengjing Internal Government grain Farm in the social development of the Qing Dynasty from a macro perspective,and expounds the indelible impact of the collapse of Shengjing Internal Government grain Farm system on the economy and finance of the Qing Dynasty since the Jiaqing Dynasty.Shengjing Internal Administration Government grain Farm system was associated with the Qing Dynasty and lasted for more than 300 years.Its influence on the Northeast region and the Northeast Qimin people can not be underestimated.Based on the related historical materials of fugitives in "Black Map File",this paper cuts into the grain farm system of Shengjing Internal Administration through the problem of fugitives,discusses the operation of grain farm system,the heavy burden of servitude of grassroots Zhuang Ding and the flag area of the Qing Dynasty,discusses the grass-roots grain farm group with points and aspects,in order to show the living state of the flagmen at the bottom of Shengjing Internal Administration.
