Objective: To explore the correlation between left ventricular hypertrophy, diastolic dysfunction and blood pressure variability in patients with high normal blood pressure. Methods: From June 2021 to December 2022,213 patients with high normal blood pressure who were treated in the Department of General Internal Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were divided into two groups according to the criteria of LVMI≥115 g/m2(male)or LVMI≥95 g/m2(female),with 70 cases in left ventricular hypertrophy group and 143 cases in non-left ventricular hypertrophy group, and the group was divided into E/e’≥14,There were 64 patients with diastolic dysfunction and 149 patients with normal diastolic function, their general basic data, blood biochemical indexes and blood pressure variability indexes were collected to explore the correlation between left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and blood pressure variability. Results: 1.In the grouping of left ventricular hypertrophy, two groups of patients were compared in gender,Cr,24 h SBPSD,24 h DBPSD,24 h SBPCV,24 h mean arterial pressure SD,d SBP,d SBPSD,d SBPCV,d mean arterial pressure SD,n DBPCV,awakening SBP,whole-day blood pressure change rhythm(spoon type and non-spoon type),the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).24 h SBPSD,24 h mean arterial pressure SD,non-spoon type blood pressure change rhythm,d mean arterial pressure SD,n DBPCV,awakening SBP,female and Cr are the risk factors of left ventricular hypertrophy in high normal blood pressure population, and the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.In the grouping of diastolic function, two groups of patients were compared in Hb ALc,24 h SBP,24 h SBPSD,24 h SBPCV,24 h DBPCV,24 h SBPload,d SBPSD,d DBPSD,d SBPCV,d DBPCV,d SBP load,d mean arterial pressure CV,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).24 h SBPSD and d SBPSD are the risk factors of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in people with high normal blood pressure, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.24 h SBPSD,24-hour mean arterial pressure SD,non-spoon blood pressure rhythm,d mean arterial pressure SD,n DBPCV,awakening SBP,female and Cr are risk factors for left ventricular hypertrophy in high normal blood pressure population.2.24 h SBPSD、d SBPSD is a risk factor of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in high normal blood pressure population.
