| Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of sleep quality in elderly care institutions. To explore the correlation between depression, anxiety, social support, resilience and sleep quality, and to test the mediating effect between depression, anxiety, social support, resilience and sleep quality based on stress system theory.Method:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 369 elderly people in elderly care institutions by convenient sampling method. The research tools included self-made general condition questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),health questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9),generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7),social support rating scale(SSRs)and Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC-10).Spss26.0software and process 3.5 macro program were used for statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics,Mann Whitney U test,Kruskal Wallis h test,Spearman correlation analysis, generalized linear model and path analysis.Results:(1)Among the elderly,189(51.2%)had sleep disorders. The average score of sleep quality(including subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction)was 8.00(4.00~12.00).The score of sleep dimension was the highest and that of hypnotic drugs was the lowest.(2)Univariate analysis showed that there were differences in sleep quality scores in different gender, age, number of children, whether to participate in recreational activities, exercise habits, whether to suffer from chronic diseases and whether to watch mobile phones / videos before going to bed(P < 0.05).(3)Spearman correlation analysis showed that the scores of depression and anxiety were positively correlated with the scores of sleep quality index(P < 0.05);The total score of psychological elasticity, scores of each dimension, social support, subjective social support and support utilization were negatively correlated with the score of sleep quality index(P < 0.05);There was no correlation between objective social support score and sleep quality index score(P > 0.05).(4)The results of generalized linear model analysis showed that depression and subjective social support affected the sleep quality of the elderly in elderly care institutions.Depression plays a mediating role between subjective social support and sleep quality;Anxiety plays a mediating role between subjective social support and sleep quality;Anxiety plays a mediating role between resilience and sleep quality.Conclusion:(1)The level of sleep quality of the elderly in elderly care institutions is not high, and the most prominent sleep problem is the need to fall asleep for a long time.(2)Depression,anxiety,social support and psychological elasticity are the influencing factors of sleep quality of the elderly in elderly care institutions. The more serious the depression and anxiety, the worse the sleep quality of the elderly; The higher the level of social support and psychological elasticity, the higher the sleep quality of the elderly.(3)Depression,subjective social support, anxiety and psychological elasticity can directly predict sleep quality.Depression and anxiety act as intermediary variables between subjective social support and sleep quality respectively;Anxiety as an intermediary variable acts on the relationship between resilience and sleep quality.Figure 6,Tables 24,references 129... |
