| Objective: By observing the changes of Th1/Th2,Th17/Treg cells and related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with rheumatic bi-blocking rheumatoid arthritis(RA)before and after treatment with Wubi Decoction combined with Methotrexate tablets(MTX),and their relationship with disease activity,the regulation of immune function of Wubi decoction was preliminatively discussed.Methods:Inpatients and outpatients of rheumatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2022 who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral MTX(15mg,qw,after meal)as the basis of anti-rheumatism drugs,and the treatment group was given Wubi decoction on the basis of the control group.The total course of treatment was 12 weeks.The changes of C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and disease activity(DAS28 score)in peripheral blood of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,so as to evaluate the clinical effect of Wubi decoction combined with MTX in the treatment of rheumatism and rheumatism arthraltic RA patients.And the expression levels of Th1/Th2,Th17/Treg cells and related cytokines(IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,IL-17,TGF-β1)and immunoglobulin(Ig A,Ig M,Ig G).To study the regulatory effect of Wubi Decoction combined with MTX on immune function of rheumatism and rheumatism RA.Results:1.After 12 weeks of treatment,CRP and ESR in 2 groups were significantly decreased,with statistical difference in intra-group comparison(P<0.05).CRP and ESR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 12 weeks of treatment,DAS28 scores in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of Th1 and Th17 in 2 groups were significantly decreased,while the levels of Th2 and Treg were significantly increased,with statistical significance within the group(P<0.05);Th1 and Th17 were decreased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05),and Th2 and Treg were increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of IFN-γ,IL-2 and IL-17 in 2groups were significantly decreased,while the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β1 were significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with control group,IFN-γ,IL-2 and IL-17 were decreased significantly in treatment group(P<0.05),while IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β1were increased significantly in treatment group(P<0.05).5.After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of Ig A,Ig M and Ig G in 2groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): 1.Wubi Decoction combined with MTX in the treatment of rheumatism arthrality-blocking RA patients can reduce disease activity,and the efficacy is better than that of Western medicine alone.2.Wubi Decoction combined with MTX can regulate the imbalance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg cells through the intervention of related cytokines,and has a regulatory effect on the immune function of wind-damp-bi type RA. |
