| Objective: This study of "Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction" to treat children with functional abdominal pain(food accumulation type)with clinical observation.Statistics and analysis in clinical curative effect in the two groups before and after treatment.And changes of the main and minor syndrome integral.Comprehensive use to explore "Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction" to treat children with functional abdominal pain(food accumulation type)the clinical curative effect,and summarize the related treatment experience.To provide effective treatment plan for TCM treatment of children function abdominal pain.Methods: In this study,61 children with functional abdominal pain(food accumulation type)were randomly divided into two groups.Of these 31 child patients were included in the TCM treatment group and the others were included in the western medicine control group.The child patients in the TCM treatment group were given with "Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction" by the tutor,and the child patients in the other group were given with "Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple live tablet"(Jin Shuangqi).The duration of the treatment of 2 groups was2 weeks for 1 course.The basic conditions,clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms and improvement of single symptoms of the two groups were observed.The clinical data and syndrome points of the two groups were recorded in prior treatment,one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment.Collecting the clinical data of the two groups,comparing the changes,and analyzing the collected data statistically.With the data,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was objectively evaluated.Followed up for 1 month after the treatment,and analyze the recurrence of the two groups.Results: 1.Comprehensive efficacy: After the end of the treatment,the efficacy of the both groups is comparable,statistical analysis show that P<0.05.After calculation,it was100.00% that the effective rate in the treatment group and 96.70% in the other group.It was show that,compered with the control group,the treatment group was better in the overall efficacy.The recurrence of the two groups is comparable at 1 month after completion of treatment,statistical analysis show that P < 0.05.The recurrence rate was 12.90% in the treatment group and 37.93% in the control group.Compered with the control group,the treatment group can reduce the recurrence rate of abdominal pain symptoms effectively.2.Symptoms relief:(1)After the treatment,the main and minor syndrome integral were significantly reduced,and the difference was comparable in two groups.Statistical analysis show that P<0.05.Both treatment groups reduced the syndrome points.(2)The difference of main syndrome integral between the two groups was comparable,statistical analysis show that P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the treatment group has a better efficacy in the treatment of the main symptom.The main syndrome integral of the two groups were compared between groups.The difference of abdominal pain and abdominal distension was comparable,statistical analysis show that P<0.05.The treatment group was more effective in reducing the degree of abdominal pain and abdominal distension.Compared the two groups of minor symptom points and the difference was not comparable,statistical analysis show that P>0.05.There was no difference between the two groups in reducing the minor disease score.3.Statistical analysis of the dietary structure of children with this disease found that 78.76%of children have the habit of picky eating and partial eating.Among which 34.43% prefer meat.So that high fat and high protein food may have a certain impact on children with functional abdominal pain(food accumulation type).Conclusion: 1.The Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction to treat the food accumulation type of functional abdominal pain is remarkable,which can effectively improve the main and minor symptoms of children.2.Compared with the Jin Shuangqi control group the Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction group is better in ameliorate the main and minor symptoms.In addition the Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction is significantly better in improving the abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the stomach.3.Statistical analysis of the dietary structure of children with this disease found that high fat and high protein food may have a certain impact on children with functional abdominal pain(food accumulation type).A balanced diet is conducive to the digestion and absorption of food.In the prevention and treatment,the diet structure of children can be reasonably planned to reduce the possibility of poor food accumulation.4.The recurrence rate was 12.90% in the Jianpi Xiaoshi Decoction group and 37.93% in the Jin Shuangqi control group.So that,TCM treatment can improve the recurrence rate of symptoms more effectively. |
