In order to improve the problem of mechanized fertilization lag of Tobacco in Hunan and improve the efficiency and quality of tobacco fertilization,this paper designs a double helix tobacco deep fertilization device on the basis of studying the physical and mechanical characteristics of tobacco-specific granular fertilizer,uses EDEM software to simulate and optimize its fertilization process,and trial produces the bench and prototype of the double helix tobacco deep fertilization device for fertilization performance test,the main research content and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The physical and mechanical characteristics of tobacco-specific fertilizer(organicinorganic compound fertilizer produced by Hunan Jinye Zhongwang Technology Co.,Ltd.)were measured and tested,and the results showed that the triaxial size of fertilizer particles was 4.2892 mm long,3.5627 mm wide and 2.8311 mm high,the true density was 1.79g/cm3,the bulk density was 1.09g/cm3,and the rest angle was 30.62° The friction coefficient between fertilizer particles and steel plate is 0.414,and the friction coefficient between fertilizer particles is 0.595;the collision recovery coefficient between fertilizer particles and steel plate is 0.419,and the collision recovery coefficient between fertilizer particles is 0.228.(2)Through the theoretical analysis and structural design of the key components of the double helix tobacco deep fertilization device,the fertilizer fragment device is designed for the problem of fertilizer particle agglomeration;combined with the agronomic requirements of tobacco fertilization,the screw spacing of the spiral fertilizer device is 50 mm,the inner diameter of the spiral is 30 mm,the outer diameter is 100 mm,and the single-turn fertilizer discharge is 328.7g.(3)Discrete element simulation of the fertilization process of the fertilization device was carried out by EDEM software,and the simulation results were analyzed,and the results showed that the single-turn fertilizer discharge in the simulation process was larger than the single-turn fertilizer discharge in the theoretical analysis;the simulation results with a spiral speed of 60r/min were analyzed,and the coefficient of variation of the simulation of fertilizer stability was measured to be 0.54%.(4)The bench and prototype of the double helix tobacco deep fertilization device were trialed and the drainage performance of the device was studied,and the results showed that the coefficient of variation of the fertilization stability of the fertilization device was 3.53%,and the displacement failure rate of the prototype was 0,and the coefficient of variation of the uniformity of the fertilizer was 2.73%.
