Chinese jujube planting industry presents the fast growth momentum,every year the zaoyuan will produce large amount of waste branches to pieces,and the traditional mechanical crushing shaft and the feed roller speed cannot be according to the different grinding conditions,automatic control,chopped need human intervention when feeding larger load,unable to automatically adjust for crushing load is too big and lead to stop the phenomenon such as congestion,And low security and reliability.Aiming at the above problems,it is imperative to design a control system of jujube branch grinder.Through the analysis of the control task,the design of the control system scheme,and the grinding test to determine the control system parameters,on this basis of the control system software,hardware development,design a set of jujube branch mill control system.Firstly,the functional requirements of the control system are analyzed to determine the control scheme.The system can adjust the feeding speed of the feeding roller and the rotation speed of the grinding shaft automatically and in real time according to the quality of the feeding branches.The control system monitors the crushing load in real time,and automatically adjusts the feeding roller speed or buzzer alarm when the crushing is blocked by high load.Secondly,the parameters of the control system are studied.By changing the weight of feeding branches,observing the speed and load current of crushing shaft,the weight of overweight jujube branch was set at 5 kg,the circuit current was set at 82 A,and the minimum speed of crushing shaft was set at1650 r/min.Three factors and three levels of rotation orthogonal experiment were designed to fit the optimal operation speed under different masses.The optimal relationship between jujube branch quality and operation can be determined.Then the software and hardware of the control system are developed.Control system software and hardware development.Siemens S7-1200 series PLC as the control core of jujube branch grinder;Implementation of detection mechanism and actuator selection,testing including hall speed sensor and the weighing sensor,actuator including inverter and motor,and according to the distribution of input devices and output devices of the control system of PLC I/O port,to complete the circuit design of the control system,control cabinet components layout design and production installation of control cabinet.Based on the process flow of the jujube branch crushing control system,the software program of the crushing control system was designed to complete the configuration of the human-computer interaction interface and the parameter definition of each screen.Finally,the performance test and comparative verification test of the control system are carried out.The accuracy of weighing device(fitting curve determination coefficient R2 =0.99),relative error of speed control system(maximum relative error 0.7%)and response time(maximum response time 1.8S),stability and reliability of blocking material control system were tested by changing the weight of feeding branches.The date branch grinder installed with automatic control system and not installed automatic control system was compared with the crushing test,the date branch grinder installed with control system runs smoothly without blockage and stops,the average pass rate is higher than 90%,the energy consumption of the date branch grinder installed with control system is 8.5% less than the average power of the original machine.
