Base bag cultivation has the advantages of solving the contradiction between facility agriculture and open-land agricultural production,expanding agricultural production space,overcoming soil continuous cropping obstacles and improving crop yield,and is widely used in domestic and foreign agricultural production.However,at the present stage,the production of matrix bags lacks highly targeted professional machinery,mainly relying on manual packaging,high labor intensity,low production efficiency,can not meet the market demand and the development of modern agriculture.A small matrix sealing automatic packaging machine is proposed.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Overall scheme design of the matrix packaging machine.In order to realize the automatic packaging of the matrix packaging machine,the matrix packaging machine structure forms of vertical and horizontal,four and three sides are proposed respectively.Considering the actual working conditions and matrix bag specifications,the form of horizontal bag molding-filling-four sides sealing packaging is finally chosen.The matrix packing machine is mainly composed of mixing feeding bin parts,forming mechanism,thermal sealing cutting mechanism and packing film moving system.This paper compares and analyzes the quantitative filling mechanism,bag forming mechanism and thermal sealing cutting mechanism,and finally selects the fixed volume quantitative pump filling respectively Fill mechanism,combined bag forming mechanism,removable hot seal cutting mechanism,and finally determine the overall scheme and working principle of the substrate packaging machine.Packaging material to choose 0.08 mm thick polyethylene film.(2)Design and simulation research of key components of matrix packaging machine.The components is composed of bin,mixing mechanism and setting bin,and the transmission mechanism is composed of chain drive,electromagnetic clutch and groove mechanism to complete the mixing quantification process of the substrate is simulated by EDEM software shows that the ideal speed is 180deg/s~360deg/s and the ideal speed is90deg/s~180deg/s,so the partition is preferred Quality mixing and fixed feed.The design forming mechanism is composed of box,side baffle,bottom plate and transmission mechanism to complete the forming and bag making process of matrix packaging,in which the box is composed of 40 different combination blocks,which can realize the forming of 12 different specifications of substrate bags.The thermal sealing parameter determination test is conducted,and the thermal sealing parameters of substrate bag is 145℃,thermal sealing pressure is 225 N and thermal sealing time is 1.5 s.On this basis,the thermal sealing cutting mechanism is composed of 12 composite blocks to realize the thermal sealing cutting of 9different specifications and the heat of substrate bag at the same station Working order of cutting off after sealing.(3)Design of the control system of the matrix packaging machine.In order to realize the automatic packaging of the substrate bag,the input element of the control system is composed of manual switch,proximity switch,temperature sensor,the control center is programmable controller(PLC)and its temperature expansion module,the output element is composed of stepping motor,drive,electromagnetic clutch,solid relay indicator,etc.,and the above hardware is selected,the I/O port of the programmable controller process and single cycle production work are defined After the timing control,the software of the control system was designed and the PLC control program was written.The double fuzzy PID temperature control model is designed,and the model simulation and temperature control test are performed by MATLAB software.The simulation results show that the double fuzzy PID temperature control model is robust,and the temperature control test shows that the double fuzzy PID controller can control the temperature error between-1.5℃ and 1.5℃,and the temperature control process is fast and accurate.(4)Test production and verification test of matrix packaging prototype.In order to verify the working performance of the matrix packaging machine,according to the overall scheme and design of the machine,key parts and control system,the commissioning results show that the prototype can complete the substrate mixing,quantitative filling,molding bag,the hot seal cutting,the output workflow of the finished machine;the packaging success rate is90% and the packaging efficiency is 60 bags/hour,meeting the basic work requirements of the prototype The qualified rate of mass bag sealing is 96%,including 95% of static pressure test,100% and thermal seal strength test is 96%.
