Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV)is an intelligent handling equipment that can perform transportation tasks efficiently and improve efficiency of transportation greatly.Therefore,AGV is widely used in working scenarios such as workshops,automated warehouses,and automated container terminals.With the development of modern agriculture,greenhouse farms are gradually emerging and the demand for orders is increasing.In order to improve the working efficiency of greenhouse farms and to meet the intelligent development requirements of greenhouse farms,more and more greenhouse farms are building automated logistics system by introducing AGV.However,the research on AGV scheduling for greenhouse farms is not enough,which restricts the further application of AGV in greenhouse farms.Based on the characteristics of AGV scheduling for greenhouse farms,the paper establishes single-objective and multi-objective optimization models of AGV scheduling problems for greenhouse farms,and designes an improved gray wolf algorithm to solve the above models.Finally,the AGV scheduling prototype system for greenhouse farms is developed.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)The research background and significance of AGV scheduling for greenhouse farms are described,the status of AGV applications is introduced,the status of domestic and international research on AGV scheduling is described,and the results of existing research literatures are summarized.(2)The theoretical basis of AGV scheduling for greenhouse farms is introduced.First,the order mode of the greenhouse farms is introduced,then the AGV job process of the greenhouse farms is explained,and finally the principles and characteristics of the AGV scheduling problem for the greenhouse farms are explained.(3)A single-objective optimization model of AGV scheduling for greenhouse farms is established with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time,and this model considered the effect of freshness time of fruits and vegetables on scheduling.Then combining the gray wolf algorithm and the local search strategy in the shuffled frog leaping algorithm,an improved gray wolf algorithm is designed,and the above model is solved by using this algorithm.Finally,a numerical example of simulation in MATLAB is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.(4)Based on the single-objective research,the multi-objective optimization problem of AGV scheduling for greenhouse farms is studied.A multi-objective optimization model of AGV scheduling for greenhouse farms was established with the goals of minimizing the maximum completion time,minimizing the AGV empty loading rate,and minimizing the fruits and vegetables transport time.The improved gray wolf algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,a numerical example of simulation is performed in MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the method.(5)AGV scheduling prototype system for greenhouse farms is developed.First,the functional requirements of the AGV scheduling prototype system are analyzed and the functional structure of the system is described.Then the development environment of the AGV scheduling prototype system is introduced,and the database of the prototype system is designed.Finally,the main function pages of the prototype system are explained.
