Selenium plays an important role in vegetable growth and development.Vegetables can convert inorganic selenium in the environment into organic selenium needed by the human body, and then humans can supplement the selenium they need through the food chain. This is a relatively safe and effective way to supplement selenium for human body at present. The tomato is the representative of the fruit vegetable, for the past few years, because the cherry tomato production cycle is short, the fruit flavor is unique, and has the effect and so on clearing heat and detoxifying, blood nourishing and blood promoting appetite, deeply loved by people, widely planted in the world.Intercropping is one of the important production modes in Chinese traditional agriculture, with a long history.Existing studies have shown that intercropping can directly or indirectly affect the absorption and accumulation of heavy metal elements in plants, but the studies on the enrichment characteristics and physiological mechanism of vegetable selenium by intercropping are rare. Therefore,in this study, first of all,Tomato-4-1(yellow cherry tomato),Y20-1(red cherry tomato)and Kafan-13-1(purple cherry tomatoes)with stronger selenium enrichment were screened out from five different genotype tomatoes. Then, further study the effects of interbreeding on growth, physiological characteristics and selenium enrichment of three genotypes of cherry tomatoes in 10mg/kg selenium soil. The experiment results are as follows:1、Compared with the monocultures, the plant height of the three genotypes of cherry tomatoes decreased after intercropped.Stem diameter, root length and biomass increased only when three genotypes of cherry tomatoes were intercropped. And after intercropping, the fruit shape index and single fruit weight of red and yellow cherry tomatoes were decreased, the fruit shape index and single fruit weight of purple cherry tomatoes were increased, the fruit hardness of red and purple cherry tomatoes was Increased, the solid-acid ratio of three genotypes of cherry tomatoes was decreased.2、Compared with the monocultures of the three genotypes of cherry tomatoes, the photosynthetic pigment content of red and yellow cherry tomatoes decreased and purple cherry tomatoes increased, but the difference between the same genotypes was not obvious. The content of lycopene in red cherry tomato and anthocyanin in purple cherry tomato were significantly increased by intercropped, and the fruit brightness and color of the three genotypes of cherry tomato were improved.3、The proline content and electrical conductivity of mixed cherry tomato were lower than that of monocultures. However, the soluble sugar and soluble protein showed different trends. In general, the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in mixed cherry tomatoes was higher. In terms of antioxidant enzyme activity, compared with the single type, the cross-breeding of the three genotypes of cherry tomatoes all improved the SOD and POD activity of red and yellow cherry tomatoes, but the enzyme activity of purple cherry tomatoes both decreased.4、The selenium content in each organs of the three genotypes of cherry tomatoes was increased by intercropping. The order of selenium content in different organs of cherry tomato was different in different period and different intercropped patterns. In seedling stage, the root > leaf > stem, and in fruit stage, the root > stem > leaf > fruit.5、The soil sucrase activity, phosphatase activity, urease activity,p H value and soil available selenium content of the three genotypes of cherry tomato were all increased by intercropped. In different intercropped patterns, the soil enzyme activity was the highest when red and purple cherry tomatoes were intercropped in pairs, and the available selenium content in soil increased with the increase of soil p H value.
