| With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings in China,the research on beam-column joint connection has become a top priority.However,beams and columns have different connection modes,and when there is a scene of closed section,the installation of ordinary bolts will be restricted.In order to solve the disadvantages of ordinary bolts,single direction bolts came into being.At present,scholars at home and abroad have done some research on the static performance of high-strength steel single direction bolts,but these studies are not sufficient.In this paper,firstly,the mechanical properties of single direction bolts under static test are studied by experiments,then the model is established by using finite element software,and the failure forms of the model under various factors are analyzed.Finally,the results of the two are analyzed,and the key factors affecting the mechanical properties of single direction bolts connection joints of rectangular steel tubular column-H-shaped steel beam and the bending moment,rotation angle and displacement load curves under the corresponding factors are obtained.The main contents are as follows:(1)It mainly reads and studies a lot of related literatures at home and abroad,and studies and accumulates the research status and conclusions of mechanical properties of single direction bolts of beam-column joints under the influence of various factors.Determine the content and significance of this paper.(2)By analyzing the elemental composition of steel,the reasons why various elements affect the properties of steel are obtained,the control and utilization of trace elements in steel at home and abroad are discussed,and the high-strength steel materials are studied.(3)The static loading test was carried out on the beam-column connection specimen with single directionl bolt overhanging end plate.The ultimate bending moment and initial stiffness of the specimen,as well as the displacement load curve and bending moment rotation curve of the specimen are obtained from the test results.The ultimate load of single direction bolt is positively related to the thickness of steel tube column wall,and single direction bolt improves the stiffness of the whole component.(4)Based on the test results,the beam-column joint model of single direction bolt extended end-plate connection with different parameters is established by ABAQUS analysis software.The main factors affecting the node performance are obtained from the numerical analysis results.The approximate calculation formulas of initial stiffness,ultimate bending moment and shape coefficient of the joint are further fitted from the results.(5)A single-storey factory building model of practical engineering is established by Midas Gen design software.After giving the joint bending moment and rotation angle curve obtained above to this model,it is compared with ordinary rigid connection,and it is concluded that single direction bolts have better performance than ordinary bolts in practical engineering.(6)This paper mainly summarizes the whole paper,and discusses in detail the problems existing in the test process and the finite element analysis process respectively.In particular,under the influence of the epidemic situation,time and materials are not sufficient to further explain. |
