The traditional construction industry has problems such as long construction cycles,high environmental pollution,poor construction quality stability,high labor costs,and high material resource consumption.The country has put forward higher requirements for green,low-carbon,ecological environment protection,and people have higher pursuits for the safety,comfort,durability,and artistry of housing construction.These important factors have effectively promoted the transformation,upgrading,and transformation of the traditional construction industry.It has greatly promoted the development of construction industrialization,leading the construction industry towards product ordering,design componentization,transportation intelligence,construction standardization,assembly mechanization,and management and construction intelligence.In recent years,prefabricated concrete buildings have begun to develop vigorously in various cities.There are still certain shortcomings and areas for improvement in the design,construction,management,operation and maintenance of prefabricated concrete buildings,and key technologies such as design and assembly need further in-depth analysis and research.This article analyzes the wet connection joint with U-shaped steel bars and round steel bars at the end of prefabricated plate,as well as the welding connection joint with pre embedded steel plates and round steel bars on the side of prefabricated plate.The static performance of two new types of prefabricated plate assembly joints is studied through a combination of experimental research,finite element simulation,and theoretical analysis.The main research work carried out in this article is as follows:(1)The static performance of wet connection joints with U-shaped steel bars and round steel bars at the end of prefabricated plate was studied.Three wet connection joints with U-shaped steel bars and round steel bars at the end of prefabricated plate were designed for bending,shear,and tensile tests,respectively.Through experimental research,the stress transmission,crack development,deformation performance,failure mode,stress mechanism,and bearing capacity of the assembly joints of the new prefabricated plate are studied.The experimental results show that the wet connection joints with U-shaped steel bars and round steel bars at the end of prefabricated plate have high bending,shear,and tensile bearing capacity,smooth force transmission at the connection joints,and good ductility performance.It is a reliable and effective wet connection method for prefabricated plate.(2)The static performance of welding connection joints with pre embedded steel plates and round steel bars on the side of prefabricated plates was studied.Three welding connection joints with pre embedded steel plates and round steel bars on the side of prefabricated plates were designed for shear test,tensile test,and compression test research.The stress transmission mode,deformation performance,failure mode,stress mechanism,and bearing capacity of the assembly joint of new prefabricated plate were studied through experiments.The experimental results show that the welding connection joints with pre embedded steel plates and round steel bars on the side of prefabricated plates have high shear,tensile,and compressive bearing capacity,smooth force transmission at the connection joints,and good ductility performance.It is a reliable and effective dry connection method for prefabricated plate.(3)Finite element simulation of two new types of assembly joints of the prefabricated plate was carried out.The nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate and calculate all specimens,and the results were compared with the experimental results of all specimens.On the basis of model validation,the influence of different parameters such as the setting of round steel bars,the form of assembly and splicing sections,and the form of shear bolts on the mechanical performance of prefabricated plate assembly joint is analyzed,and reasonable design suggestions for new prefabricated plate assembly joints are proposed.(4)Based on experimental research and finite element simulation analysis results,the bearing capacity calculation method for the wet connection joints with U-shaped steel bars and round steel bars at the end of prefabricated slabs,as well as the welding connection joints with pre embedded steel plates and round steel bars at the side of prefabricated plate,was studied.The bearing capacity calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental research and finite element analysis results.
