| In recent years,with the gradual development of capsule endoscopy,its special treatment methods and the concept of treatment based on patient comfort and safety,capsule endoscopy has gradually become a method close to the mainstream of gastrointestinal disease examination and treatment.The capsule endoscope on the market has a single therapeutic function and a slow therapeutic process.In this paper,a new type of magneto-controlled active biopsy capsule endoscope is developed.The main functional modules of the capsule endoscope are propeller driven module,anchoring module and biopsy module.At the same time,an image capture capsule endoscope was designed to assist in the accurate biopsy.Firstly,the electromagnetic drive system controlling the capsule endoscope is studied.The three-axis Helmholtz coil is mainly driven by the power control current and frequency to complete the control and multi-mode conversion,which solves the feasibility of the coordination of multiple capsule endoscopes.Moreover,vector analysis of the rotating magnetic field can verify the feasibility of the capsule endoscope’s multi-degree of freedom motion in the magnetic field and the accuracy of site-able biopsy.Secondly,the image capture capsule endoscope and biopsy capsule endoscope are designed respectively.The endoscope of image acquisition capsule is composed of power supply module,wireless transmission module and image acquisition module.Biopsy capsule endoscope consists of propeller driven module,anchoring module and biopsy module.Subsequently,dynamic analysis and fluid dynamics simulation were carried out for the image acquisition capsule endoscope and biopsy capsule endoscope designed in this study.The kinematic analysis of the CAM structure inside the precise biopsy module and the anchoring structure assisting the precise biopsy were carried out.The fluid dynamics simulation of the propeller of the propeller drive module was carried out.The linear combination of coils was used to calculate the size of the control magnetic field so as to realize the precise biopsy.The final analysis and simulation results prove the rationality and practicability of this design.Finally,the motion characteristic test of image acquisition capsule endoscope and biopsy capsule endoscope,precise biopsy experiment and modular experiment were designed.Through different experimental conditions and experimental environment,multiple groups of experimental results can be analyzed,which verifies the feasibility of the design of image acquisition and accurate biopsy.In the future,with the rapid development of human society and the gradual improvement of life needs,the development direction of capsule endoscope will be more and more,its application will be more widely,I believe that capsule endoscope will become an important tool for human health. |
