Xi’an Urban Leisure Agriculture Park Industrial Planning Evaluation And Promotion Studies

The research of urban leisure agricultural park in China started late and has been in the exploratory stage.With the development of The Times,urban leisure agriculture has become one of the important measures to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in China,which is of great significance to promote rural revitalization.However,the development of urban leisure agriculture parks in China is generally faced with the problems of low benefit and poor quality,among which industrial planning is an important basic factor affecting the development of urban leisure agriculture parks,but there are still gaps in the relevant research on urban leisure agriculture industry planning.Therefore,with the purpose of promoting the quality and efficiency of Xi ’an urban leisure agriculture parks,on the basis of the investigation and analysis of 27 representative urban leisure agriculture parks in Xi’ an,this paper carries out the industrial planning evaluation research of urban leisure agriculture parks in Xi’an.The main research results are as follows:(1)According to the different leading industries,Xi’an urban leisure agriculture park can be divided into resource-leading,industry-leading and tourism-leading parks,among which there are 13 resource-leading parks,4 industry-leading parks and 10 tourism-leading parks.(2)Taking 27 representative urban leisure agricultural parks as samples,the comprehensive weight was determined by AHP-entropy weight method,and the industrial planning evaluation of urban leisure agricultural parks was carried out.These parks can be divided into four levels: Ⅰ(excellent),(good),(general)and(poor),and most of them belong to grade.(3)For ranking the industrial planning of 27 urban leisure agriculture parks in Xi’an city,the top five parks are Changan Tang Village,Zhangurui winery,Sun Grape Town,Qujiang Agricultural Expo Garden and Yuantian Dream Works;the bottom five parks are Garnet Red Ecological Science Park,Hong Shengyuan Family Farm,Jinhe Leisure Agriculture Park,Senquan and Qinba Agricultural Sightseeing Park.(4)In the investigation of Xi’an urban leisure agriculture Park,the main problems are:unreasonable industrial structure,low degree of industrial integration,industrial development needs to improve the quality and efficiency;the spatial composition of the industrial park is not coordinated,the spatial distribution,and the lack of attraction.Based on the research results,the industrial planning of xi’an urban leisure agriculture park:(1)optimize the function,improve the efficiency of the park: make "two circle area" development layout,series "diverse theme" tour route,optimize the industrial structure of "tertiary integration"(2)adjust the spatial structure,promote the coordinated development:put forward the appropriate scale operation and adjust measures to local conditions;(3)improve the form organization,improve the quality of the park: from the environmental integration coordination,traffic design rationalization,landscape design characteristic three levels to improve the attraction of the park.Through the above strategy,in order to promote the development of Xi’an urban leisure agriculture park to improve the quality and efficiency.
