Study On The Design Of Residential Accommodation Space Under The Background Of Shared Farm

Sharing Farm is one of the important means to realize the transformation of agricultural modernization,and it is also one of the effective driving forces of rural revitalization strategy,also has the inestimable potential in the rural development.Both play an important role in promoting rural development.At present,there are many construction types of shared farm,but it is still at the stage of exploration and development,and the residential accommodation space under the shared farm also faces a series of development problems with the development of the construction of the farm,for example,the functional space can not keep up with the needs of the farm development,the homogeneous design does not highlight the theme of the farm,the sense of regional experience does not reflect the local characteristics and so on.This paper focuses on the spatial design of B&B in the context of shared farming.Firstly,by analysing the concepts and characteristics of shared farms and rural B&Bs,the scope of this paper is defined;secondly,the design ideas of relevant outstanding cases are drawn upon to provide design inspiration for this study;secondly,the principles,strategies and methods of B&B space design in the context of shared farms are sorted out,and the design theoretical results of this study are presented;Finally,the design theory is validated and supplemented by the design practice in Wenkui Village,Wenchang City.The innovation of this research is as follows: first,based on the relationship between the shared farm and the residential quarters,the design principles of integrity,functionality and characteristics are put forward;second,according to the advantages of rural resources and the experiential characteristics of home-stay accommodation,four design strategies are put forward: integrating demand,sharing resources,activating functions and creating artistic conception,derived from the host theme planning and positioning,organic combination of cultural forms,composite use of idle space,extraction of regional characteristics of the four design methods.This study aims to make full use of village resources,combine the theme of the shared farm,and use design to optimise the functionality and experience of the B&B under the shared farm,so as to activate the unused houses,bring into play the advantages of the shared farm model,and activate people’s desire to experience the rural lifestyle.
