| The life cycle of assembled building involves multiple stages and requires the collaboration of multiple departments.A large number of drawings will be produced during the design process,with complex and numerous information,and the traditional project construction management method is difficult to process this information efficiently,which easily causes the lack of information and affects the project construction progress,so a proven information processing method is urgently needed to solve the development of the assembled industry’s "BIM technology has powerful information processing and collecting ability,which can integrate project information quickly and accurately,based on this,this paper proposes a kind of information integration technology based on BIM technology,the main research content and conclusions are as follows:(1)Combining with the Zhumeng Yuan project,analyze the characteristics of information exchange of assembly building projects,point out its problems,and explore the value of the existence of BIM technology in the information integration management of assembly building projects in view of the relevant problems.(2)To study a kind of information integration technology based on BIM technology for this problem,which mainly integrates project information through 4D model.Firstly,we use Revit software to create 3D model of the project to establish the basis of information integration;secondly,we control the production and transportation information of the components,plan the overall project progress and classify the project engineering files to realize the management of information related to the project of Zhumenggyuan;finally,we use Navisworks software to create 4D model and link the project engineering files to the model to realize the information integration of the whole life cycle.Finally,Navisworks software is used to create 4D model and link the project engineering files to the model to realize the information integration of the whole life cycle.(3)The technology realizes the visual management of engineering archives and forms a new standardized management process of archives.(4)Exploring the impact of this integration technology in the construction process of Zhumenggyuan project,and concluding that this information integration technology can effectively integrate various information in the preliminary planning stage,the middle construction stage,and the completion and acceptance stage of the assembled building project,effectively promote the information exchange among various departments,and have certain economic benefits,which can help the development of the assembled building industry. |
