| With the characteristics of large passenger volume,safety,speed,punctuality and environmental protection,urban rail transit can greatly improve the problems of road congestion and poor mobility faced by Chinese cities recently.Simultaneously,the delay of opening urban rail transit has always existed and the delay of the arrival of station equipment becomes more common.In practice,the equipment supervision unit should conduct progress management on station equipment manufacturers on behalf of the owner.Therefore,we can analyze the risk factors of station equipment manufacturing supervision progress in depth and develop measures to solve the status quo of delayed arrival of station equipment.Taking the equipment manufacturing supervision of Guangzhou urban rail transit construction as the research object,this thesis first identifies the risk factors that have a great impact on the progress of the whole circle of urban rail transit station equipment manufacturing by adopting WBS-RBS method and Delphi Method,analyzes the weights of progress risk factors by using comprehensive analytic hierarchy process and entropy evaluation method,and thus establishes a hierarchical risk index system.Then it comprehensively analyzes and evaluates the progress risks in urban rail transit station equipment manufacturing supervision by adopting R = P × C rule method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally determines the risk levels of overall and individual risk factors.Through the analyses,it finds that the progress risk level of urban rail transit station equipment manufacturing supervision is determined as Level 2 which belongs to a mild risk.There are five significant risk factors and two Level 1 risk factors in station equipment manufacturing supervision,and the corresponding control measures are put forward for each significant risk factor and Level 1 risk factor.At the same time,in terms of overall equipment manufacturing supervision progress management,it also puts forward suggestion for the use of progress management tools,and the tracking and monitoring of progress risk factors.The research findings of the thesis can provide guidance and reference for the equipment manufacturing supervision progress management of mid-and-long term rail transit station of Guangzhou or subway lines of other cities. |
