Design Of External Environment Improvement And Transformation Of Nanchang Xinghua Road From The Perspective Of Cultural Heritage

With the development and progress of the times,the appearance of cities is changing with each passing day.However,it is inevitable that the renewal and development of some urban areas have not kept pace with the overall development pace of the city.It is urgent to upgrade and renovate the old urban areas.At the same time,the development of the times has also made people’s expectations of their own lives increasingly high,and their material needs for urban services,convenience,environmental beauty,and more importantly,spiritual needs such as a sense of urban belonging and cultural atmosphere have also put forward higher requirements.However,in the current stage of urban upgrading and transformation design practice,due to excessive pursuit of modernization or conflict of economic interests,the phenomenon of "one thousand cities with one side" in various cities has resulted in no city card to speak of,which completely deviates from the original intention of urban upgrading and transformation.The winner is that some cities have completely ignored and abandoned the local characteristic culture of the region in their upgrading and transformation work,which not only violates the historical development laws of the city,but also causes a huge blow to the inheritance and protection of culture.In response to the appeal issue,this article first analyzes and understands the current general requirements for urban renewal and transformation in China,conducts in-depth analysis based on design cases of urban renewal and transformation at home and abroad,summarizes the successful experience,methods,and shortcomings of urban renewal and transformation design in the emerging stages of urban old areas,and proposes the importance of cultural heritage for urban renewal and transformation.Secondly,starting from the perspective of cultural heritage,taking the old renovation project of Xinghua Road in Nanchang City as a practical basis,through in-depth research and analysis of the current situation of the site of Xinghua Road in Nanchang City,summarize and refine the historical culture of the region,take root in the local design,inherit and protect the unique cultural history of the urban area,and deeply analyze it from the material and non material levels.Finally,a specific design solution is proposed to solve the problem of dilapidation and waste of the external environment of Xinghua Road in Nanchang City,hoping to solve the problems of insufficient stamina in the development process of Xinjian County in Nanchang City,inadequate cultural inheritance,and novel urban area business cards,in order to expand new methods of urban upgrading and transformation design based on inheritance and protection of historical culture.
