Research On Financial Performance Of Y Enterprise Based On Improved Du Pont Analysis Method

In the medium and long term,people’s consumption demand for automobiles is still strong,and industry dividends brought by industrial transformation and consumption upgrading provide sufficient guarantee for the stable growth of the automobile market.However,in the future,we still need to pay close attention to various risks brought by the external environment.First,emission regulations continue to upgrade,and vehicle costs and technical requirements will be further increased;Second,industry competition intensifies;Third,the price fluctuation of raw materials and supply chain problems have a certain impact on the cost control of enterprises,the market strategies formulation and implementation.In the past,the industry was subsidised by the government,but profit margins were thin and volatile.Financial performance evaluation can test the operating results of enterprises and promote enterprises to improve their operating conditions.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the financial performance of automobile enterprises scientifically.Firstly,this paper studies the related concepts and common evaluation methods of enterprise performance evaluation and financial analysis.Secondly,it introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the Harvard analysis framework traditional and improved Du Pont analysis method,combines the "Tang Triangle" and the "Growth——Profit——Risk" financial analysis model,expands the application of Dupont analysis method,studies the financial performance of Y enterprise,and summarizes the problems existing in the enterprise.Finally,combining the analysis conclusions with the internal environment,the external environment and development prospects of the enterprise,suggestions are put forward to improve the financial performance of Y enterprise.
