Research On Spatial Design Strategy Of Nursing Home Based On Epidemic Prevention

In recent years,China’s aging problem has been exacerbated.The large base of the elderly population,the rapid population aging rate,and the shortage of elderly care facilities have all made China face severe challenges in the aspect of elderly care.Along with the incapacitated,semi-disabled or chronically ill elderly people’s demand for medical care and health care will be further deepened,and the medical care and health care integrated pension institutions that can effectively integrate medical health care resources and pension resources will become the future pension system.important development direction of the organization.However,the outbreak of the COVID-19 outbreak has begun to arouse the public’s thinking about the impact on the physical and mental health of the elderly due to the design flaws and unreasonableness of the medical and elderly care institutions.How to improve the quality of life of the elderly and maintain their mental health under the rigid conditions of meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention is a new problem brought by the new crown epidemic to the field of elderly care institution design.From the perspective of epidemic prevention,this paper analyzes and researches the problems faced by medical and elderly care institutions under the epidemic situation.This paper discusses the relevant space design content of the medical and elderly care integrated elderly care institutions and provides reference suggestions for the construction and reconstruction of the medical and elderly care integrated elderly care institutions in the future.This thesis uses 6 chapters for exposition and argumentation.Chapter 1 firstly summarizes the research background of the space design strategy of medical-nursing-based elderly care institutions based on epidemic prevention and expounds the research purpose and significance.In the end,it discusses the research method and framework of this paper;Chapter2 analyzes the users of elderly care institutions on the basis of the introduction and obtains the basic characteristics and needs of different users in the elderly care institutions.The spatial design principles,site spatial layout characteristics,building spatial layout characteristics,and functional spatial characteristics of elderly care institutions are analyzed and researched.Chapter 3 studies the epidemic hazards and related characteristics from three aspects,and studies them here.On this basis,the impact and requirements of the epidemic on the space construction of the current medical and elderly care institutions were explored,and the influencing factors of the epidemic on the space construction of the current combined medical and elderly care institutions were obtained.Chapter 4 designs the research plan on the basis of the previous article,analyzes the research case,and combines the questionnaire survey and interview to summarize the feasible advantages and existing problems of the case,and provide practical case support for the follow-up research principles and strategies.Chapter 5systematically proposes the corresponding design principles based on the above chapters and proposes related spatial design strategies based on the principles.Chapter 6,Conclusion and Outlook,summarizes and summarizes this paper,and proposes further research directions.
