| With the development of renewable energy technology,the penetration rate of distributed power generation in distribution networks continues to increase.The access of large-scale distributed power generations has a significant impact on the safety,stability and economic operation of the power grid,while the dispatch of distribution grid has not yet formed a special control system for distributed generations.In order to take advantages of the resources of userside,such as storage and distributed generations,and improve the consumption level of renewable energy in the power grid,this paper designs an optimal dispatching platform for userside resource based on blockchain technology for the dispatch and data flow needs in the power system.In this paper,the TDVA transaction data block structure,the workload-based consensus mechanism and the energy index table structure supporting fast query are proposed,and then the power flow calculation and security verification scheme in the distributed network are designed on the basis of considering the security of information delivery;The distributed power optimization dispatching algorithm,the dispatching framework and the transaction settlement scheme in the peer-to-peer network based on the ADMM method are studied.On above basis,this paper designs the energy platform from the aspects of hardware requirements,network communication,data transmission,consistency control,smart contracts,and application layer functions,and proposes a user-side ubiquitous resource regulation and implementation platform for trusted transactions.Finally,the availability of the system is verified with actual case studies. |
