In recent years,with the development of artificial intelligence,especially the deep integration of artificial intelligence,Internet 5G technology and transportation industry,an emerging public transport mode--demand-response bus has been gradually put into use in various cities.The emergence of demand-response bus also gives people more and more choices.At present,most of the pricing methods and operating modes of demand-responsive public transport refer to conventional public transport or online taxi.In addition,the popularity rate of demand-responsive public transport is low,which leads to high empty load rate of vehicles,long waiting time of passengers,low net profit rate of enterprises,and it is difficult to have a better development.Based on the above problems,this paper will carry out an analysis and research on the demand response bus.The fare design and scheduling methods of demand response bus are studied to provide theoretical support for the development of demand response bus.Based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the concept,category and system operation mode of demand-responsive bus,and selects the circular service mode of demand-responsive bus as the research object.This paper also through the characteristics of the bus fare,the structure of the ticket system and the common pricing method of the ticket system,the demand response bus fare design,fare design first of all,the service system design,according to the passenger reservation time is different,the reservation system is divided into static reservation and dynamic reservation,static demand passengers use fixed ticket,Dynamic demand passengers use floating fares.The floating ticket price of congestion degree and floating ticket price of vehicle detour distance are designed for different travel demands of passengers with dynamic demands.The floating ticket price of congestion degree is discounted according to different vehicle congestion degree.The floating ticket price of vehicle detour distance is established by cost-plus pricing method and market-based pricing method.In this paper,according to different ticketing systems,demand response buses based on fixed fares and demand response buses based on floating fares are divided into scheduling optimization respectively.The vehicle scheduling model is established based on the fixed fare demand response bus,and the two-stage scheduling model is established based on the floating fare demand response bus.The demand response bus based on floating fare is solved by genetic algorithm and insertion algorithm,aiming at the maximum total revenue of vehicle operation,minimum fixed cost of vehicle operation,minimum waiting time of passengers and minimum empty load rate.Finally,taking Chanba and Yuntan area in Xi ’an as the research object,reasonable scheduling schemes are developed for two kinds of demand response buses with different ticketing systems.The effectiveness and feasibility of the models are verified by experimental simulation,and the two are compared and analyzed at last.The results show that the floating fare based demand response bus scheduling optimization method proposed in this paper can better meet the personalized travel needs of passengers and attract more passengers to take demand response buses.It can not only reduce the empty load rate of vehicles,but also improve the profits of operating enterprises,and provide certain theoretical support for the operation of demand response bus and the formulation of fares.
