| In March 2020,the State Council’s Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism for the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic issued the "Work Plan for Psychological Support in the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic".Relevant studies have shown that the probability of mental health-like illnesses in adolescent groups under the epidemic has greatly increased,and scholars in related fields have called for the extensive participation and contribution of experts and scholars from various fields.This paper firstly compares and summarises the theories of metacognition and affective design,analyses the feasibility of applying these two theories to youth mental health product design,and constructs a product design framework based on these two theories.The paper then analyses the existing mental health products at home and abroad,summarising the positioning of these products,their functional characteristics,advantages and disadvantages.This is followed by a questionnaire survey and interviews with experts to obtain the actual needs of youth mental health products.Based on this,a product design strategy is proposed and a specific product design is carried out.The final product provides a multi-faceted experience for the target users through a combination of software and hardware,and builds a new communication platform between adolescents and parents,with a view to providing a usable solution to the mental health problems of the adolescent population under the epidemic. |
