| In recent years,the incidence rate of breast cancer has increased year by year,and it has become one of the high incidence malignant tumors in women,and the incidence population is gradually younger.Breast biopsy is the most effective way to diagnose breast cancer.The traditional biopsy method is mainly manual operation by experienced doctors for sampling.This biopsy method is not only risky,but also requires highly skilled doctors.For the treatment of breast cancer,total mastectomy is often used clinically,which is traumatic,prone to postoperative complications,and affects the beauty,inevitably causing adverse effects on patients’ psychology.Therefore,this study designed a device for breast tissue rotary biopsy,which can realize automatic biopsy and focus resection.Firstly,the design requirements of breast tissue rotary biopsy device are analyzed,and the configuration scheme of breast tissue rotary biopsy device is analyzed.Based on the overall scheme design and workflow planning,the breast tissue rotary biopsy device is divided into biopsy module,sample storage module and firing mechanism to ensure their movement by adopting the modular idea.The specific structure of the breast tissue rotary biopsy device was designed,and the static analysis was carried out using SOLIDWORKS’ Simulation module.Secondly,analyze the factors that affect the continuity of the motion of the breast tissue rotary biopsy device,analyze and optimize the deformation of the external needle,the Transient Structural module of the ANSYS software is used to conduct the transient dynamic simulation analysis of the internal needle movement,analyze the positioning accuracy of the sample storage bin and the internal needle through the Monte Carlo algorithm,and the Motion module of SOLIDWORKS is used to conduct the dynamic analysis of the docking,needle extraction and separation stages of the firing mechanism.Then,according to the control requirements of the breast tissue rotary biopsy device,the upper and lower computer control system of the breast tissue rotary biopsy device is developed.The modular programming of Lab VIEW 2018 is used to complete the upper computer software system design.Arduino mega2560 is used to build the lower computer system,and design the fractional PID controller based on genetic algorithm.Finally,the preparation of simulated breast tissue for puncture biopsy was completed,and the experiments of puncture time,puncture force and puncture speed of breast tissue rotary biopsy were carried out,which verified the rationality of the design of breast tissue rotary biopsy device. |
