| Stator winding is an important part of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Its related optimization design and manufacturing technology are the key steps in motor design.Shaped transposition winding is a new winding technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor.By braiding and transposing the strand in the slot,the purpose of reducing the strand circulation can be achieved,so as to reduce the circulation loss of the winding.In addition,the forming transposition winding adopts the strand structure,which can also effectively reduce the eddy current loss of the winding.Although the formed transposition winding has many advantages,due to its transposition structure,the strand electromagnetic force will be affected by the transposition path.Therefore,the research on the strand electromagnetic force is of scientific significance.Taking a 167 kw permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example,this dissertation studies the strand electromagnetic force of formed transposition winding.This dissertation studies the strand transposition structure in the slot of permanent magnet synchronous motor formed transposition winding,gives the design method of 360 ° full transposition winding,establishes the transposition model in the slot,end involute model and three-dimensional global model of permanent magnet synchronous motor with formed transposition winding,and calculates the electromagnetic performance of the motor under no-load and rated load conditions,mainly including magnetic field,current,electric density,no-load electromotive force and winding AC loss,Verify the feasibility of forming transposition winding in permanent magnet synchronous motor.This dissertation studies the distribution law of strand electromagnetic force of forming transposition winding of permanent magnet synchronous motor,calculates the radial,tangential and axial electromagnetic force density distribution of strand under different transposition paths according to Lorentz force method,analyzes the influence of spatial position in different slots on strand electromagnetic force,studies the characteristics of radial,tangential and axial electromagnetic force density distribution on different transposition bend structures,and obtains the distribution law of each strand electromagnetic force in forming transposition winding.The influence of different transposition structures in the slot on the radial electromagnetic force distribution of strand is studied.The magnetic field analysis models of 320 ° under transposition winding,280 ° under transposition winding,360 °plus 1-segment empty transposition,360 ° plus 2-segment empty transposition and360 ° plus 4-segment empty transposition winding are established respectively.The radial electromagnetic force density of strand with different transposition structures is calculated,and the radial electromagnetic force density distribution of different transposition windings is given. |
