| The acoustic optimization design of cabin floating raft system aims to improve the acoustic stealth performance of submarine.It is an effective means to give full play to the combat function of submarine.Many studies have been carried out on the analysis and optimization of acoustic and vibration characteristics of equipment raft hull system,but there are few studies on the group installation of pump equipment of floating raft system in submarine cabin.In this paper,aiming at multiple pumps installed on the floating raft platform,a small raft platform is established to make multiple pumps installed in groups.Taking a group equipment raft hull coupling system as the research object,the group equipment raft hull vibration isolation system model and the underwater vibration sound radiation calculation model of the group equipment raft hull section with watershed are established by using the finite element method,A series of works such as acoustic and vibration characteristics research and acoustic optimization design of group equipment raft hull structure are carried out by using numerical calculation method.According to the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper understands the research status and development trend of vibration and noise of cabin floating raft structure at home and abroad,and expounds the important problems encountered in the research of cabin raft vibration isolation system at present;Based on the finite element software ANSYS,this paper establishes the vibration isolation system model of submarine cabin group equipment raft frame hull.Based on the finite element model of group equipment raft frame hull coupling system,the external basin is established,and the coupling surface with the hull structure is established to complete the establishment of the coupling system model.The modal analysis of group equipment floating raft system and group equipment raft frame hull system model with basin are carried out respectively,The rationality of the finite element modeling method of the group equipment raft hull coupling system is proved,the vibration characteristics of the group equipment raft hull compartment vibration isolation system in the frequency band of 2-300 hz under the equipment operation conditions are studied,and the sound radiation characteristics of the whole underwater hull fluid structure coupling system are studied.Through the calculation and analysis of the vibration response of the group equipment raft hull,the main transmission path of the equipment vibration through the group raft is analyzed based on the structural sound intensity energy and the structural sound intensity contribution,and the sound vibration transmission law of the model is analyzed;According to the vibration transmission law of group equipment raft base,multi parameter optimization research is carried out for the panel stiffened plate of group raft and the base of group raft.By changing the parameters such as the thickness of upper panel,stiffened plate and lower plate of group raft,the thickness of base plate of group raft and the stiffness of vibration isolator,the influence of the change of group raft parameters on the performance of floating raft vibration isolation system of group equipment is calculated and analyzed;Put forward different mass ratio schemes of group raft equipment,optimize the mass ratio form of group installation of equipment,improve the vibration isolation effect of floating raft,reduce the radiated noise of cabin system,and provide technical guidance for the radiated noise of its structure.Through the research on the optimization of sound and vibration characteristics of equipment group installation in submarine floating raft system,it has guiding significance for the vibration and noise control of submarine floating raft system. |
