Research On The Performance Evaluation And Core Elements Of Listed Construction Enterprises

The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy.In recent years,the gross output value has been rising,showing a large-scale,high-speed development trend.However,under the vigorous development of the construction industry,there is a phenomenon that the development of the operating efficiency of the construction enterprises is uneven and the enterprises are "large but not strong".As the core of business management,how to analyze the business performance of listed construction enterprises and find its core elements is a topic worthy of study.Through literature review and field research,specific research issues are found as follows:(1)How to objectively and scientifically observe the operating performance of listed construction enterprises through performance evaluation?(2)What are the factors that affect the operating performance of listed construction enterprises?(3)How to find out the core elements of operating performance of listed construction enterprises?First of all,learn DEA method and Malmquist index method through literature research,establish the evaluation index model of listed construction enterprises’ business performance,and conduct static and dynamic evaluation of business performance.Secondly,on the basis of scientific observation of the results of business performance evaluation,we found the differences that affect the business development of listed construction enterprises,determined to further study the core elements that affect the business performance of listed construction enterprises,combined with dual weighting method and Delphi method to excavate and refine the elements of the business performance of listed construction enterprises,and built a preliminary evaluation system for the core elements of the business performance of listed construction enterprises.Finally,using the network analytic hierarchy process to establish a more scientific evaluation model of core elements,analyze and find out the core elements of listed construction enterprises’ business performance.This paper uses DEA method,Malmquist index method,dual weighting method,Delphi method and network analytic hierarchy process to systematically analyze and study the business performance and its core elements of listed construction enterprises.The research results are:(1)It is found that there is little dynamic analysis in the business performance evaluation,and adding dynamic analysis research can enrich the research content.(2)It is found that there are elements that affect business performance behind the evaluation results,and improvement methods can be found through dual weighting method and Delphi method.(3)It is found that the combination of network analytic hierarchy process can establish a scientific evaluation model and find out the core elements of business performance.In a word,based on the relevant literature and theoretical basis,this paper has studied the process of operating performance evaluation,refining the constituent elements and refining the core elements of listed construction enterprises.It has found that the research on the core elements of enterprise operating performance is insufficient,and it has also found that the dual weighting method,Delphi method and network analytic hierarchy process can find improvement methods.A more scientific evaluation model has been proposed to find out the core elements of operating performance,Based on the research results,the author puts forward improvement countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for the effective improvement of the operating performance of listed construction enterprises.
