| Hospital is one of the important components of urban capital construction,and it is a popular project to protect people’s basic medical rights and meet people’s diversified medical needs.Hospital buildings are public buildings with special functions,which have different characteristics from other types of buildings in design.As an important part of hospital project construction,the structural design of hospital has a direct impact on the project construction and operation.However,at present,in the process of structural design of hospital buildings,there are still some problems,such as imperfect information about the value of uniformly distributed live load on hospital floor and unsystematic structural system selection of hospital buildings.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the principles and practical application results of hospital building structure design domestically and abroad,it is concluded that the key points of hospital building structure design are the value of uniformly distributed live load on hospital building floor,the selection of column grid size,the selection of floor system and structural system.This paper will focus on these design points for analysis and research.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)After investigating the value of uniformly distributed load on the floor of the hospital building,the average indoor area method is used to calculate the example.Based on the load specification,relevant literature,the plan of the medical function room and many project engineering practices,a relatively perfect value table of uniformly distributed load on the floor of the hospital medical function room is concluded.(2)Based on the layout of superstructure medical rooms and the layout of underground garage parking space,the optimal size of column mesh span is 8.30~8.50 m.(3)Considering the functional requirements of the floor with many openings and equipment pipeline layout,the analysis and comparison of various floor systems show that the cross-beam floor is the best floor system in multi-storey hospital buildings.(4)Combined with the function of the building,the qualitative analysis of each structural system is compared and selected,and three relatively better structural system schemes are obtained.Value engineering is introduced,analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze these three structural system schemes,and expert interviews and questionnaires are used to calculate the functional coefficients of each structural system scheme.(5)In the part of case analysis,the medical technology building of a large hospital in Guangzhou was designed by adopting the above-mentioned different structural system schemes,and the material consumption index of each scheme was obtained by simulation and analysis of general structure calculation software,and then the cost coefficient is calculated by the corresponding unit price.Finally,the value coefficient formula V=F/C was used to calculate the value coefficient of each scheme.The scheme of cast-in-place concrete frame structure system with the largest value coefficient was the optimal scheme.The research results of this paper can provide an important reference for multi-storey hospital construction projects,and the research methods adopted in the process of analyzing the key points of structural design can provide ideas for solving similar structural design problems. |
