| Single layer cable curtain wall is simple,transparent,beautiful and widely used in engineering field.At the same time,the single-layer cable network structure has the characteristics of cable structure: there is only tensile stiffness,no initial stiffness,variable stiffness,so it is necessary to apply prestress to the cable in advance.Under the influence of external and internal factors in the construction stage and the use stage,the prestress in the cable structure will lose,which will directly affect the structural stiffness and the mechanical properties of the single-layer cable net curtain wall.In this paper,combined with engineering examples,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish an analysis model of single-layer cable net curtain wall,and the distribution of prestress loss in single-layer cable net curtain wall structure is studied.Meanwhile,the prestress loss condition is established to study the influence of prestress loss on the structural mechanical properties of single-layer cable net curtain wall.The main work is as follows:(1)Analyze the structural stiffness composition and influencing factors of single-layer cable net curtain wall,and describe the variation rule of structural stiffness under the prestress of cable net structure.Use ABAQUS software to establish the finite element analysis model of engineering example;(2)According to the simulation results,the distribution law of prestress loss of the model is studied,the working conditions of prestress loss of single cable and combined cable segments are established,the wind load simulation program is developed by MATLAB,the wind load time history is obtained,and the influence of prestress loss on wind vibration performance of single-layer cable net curtain wall structure is studied under static load and dynamic wind load.The first-order mode of the structure is extracted to analyze the influence of prestress loss on the dynamic performance of single-layer cable curtain wall and the influence law of prestress loss on the wind-induced performance of the structure is summarized.(3)Three seismic waves were chose,compared with the finite element simulation results,test results and calculation result 3D3 S is studied under severe earthquake intensity loss of prestress on the singlelayer cable net curtain wall structure seismic performance influence,at the same time to affect the performance of single-layer cable net curtain wall structure parameters,plate thickness,cable diameter,studies the factors such as joint stiffness,provide a reference for engineering application. |
