ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)management system integrates computer science and advanced concepts,can coordinate and manage the company’s data flow,capital flow and logistics,and can provide reference for the company’s scientific research decision-making,so as to improve the company’s scientific and technological level and develop core competitiveness.The successful implementation of ERP system will promote the improvement of enterprise efficiency,management reform and structural optimization.However,according to the data calculation,the success rate of ERP project implementation of Chinese companies is not high.Only 10% to 20% of Chinese companies successfully implement ERP projects on schedule,according to plan and according to objectives;About 30% to 40% of the companies fail to achieve their goals or have unsatisfactory benefits;But the failed companies account for half.Although there are successful factors for the success of implementation,the failed ERP implementation is related to the lack of problem management.Firstly,this paper focuses on the specific implementation mode and main problems in the actual process of ERP in enterprise D.based on the literature research and relevant theoretical research related to the working methods of ERP project implementation and management,this paper sorts out the important practical problems in the process,management work mode and management work mode of enterprise D in the specific implementation process of ERP by means of questionnaire survey and data interpretation,This paper makes an in-depth factor analysis on the important problems of ERP implementation,and then studies the common important problems in the implementation of ERP implementation in production enterprises.Aiming at the important factors formed by these important problems,it makes an in-depth analysis from the aspects of implementation mode,process management mode and management perspective,and puts forward the improvement measures of optimization work.The plan focuses on the construction and management of management team,engineering project planning and management,industry demand research and business process,personnel training and improvement,project risk control strategy,management communication and other aspects,which provides a reference for the smooth implementation of ERP project management of other advanced manufacturing enterprises,especially domestic machinery manufacturing enterprises.
